I really wanted to like this one. I had two different sets and neither one worked. On local channels there was a lot of "crackling" and interference. I got an Insignis now and it works great. I just couldn't figure out why it had a problem. The previous not-so-smart TV was fine.

It's okay for the price. Still trying to figure out why it occasionally goes back to the home page. Only bought this cause I wanted something small to take out to the porch. Most of the brands I grew up with ain't around any more. I didn't want a smart TV.

TV is not bad picture-wise but the remote is impossible to use, voice control through the microphone stopped working 2 weeks into it and I changed the batteries and it still doesn't work, and it took me 3 weeks to figure out how to get to the national news. I rather wish I hadn't given my Roku TV away now. Thought I'd be brave and try this new type of TV but it just sucks in comparison to Roku.

Sound was muffled. To hear the sound clearly the volume needs to be turned high.

Thanks for your feedback, Hulkman. I understand how frustrating it is when a TV's sound quality is muffled, and you have to turn the volume up too high.

If you'd like to explore audio settings, troubleshooting options, or discuss potential solutions like soundbars, please contact our Pioneer customer support team (1-800-421-1404). They're ready to assist you. - Mae | Pioneer Support BBY-ExBrand_Best_Buy_Pioneer

No clear QAM tuner built in ????

I bought 18 of these only to find out they dont have a clear QAM tuner in them. Basically this means the coax port on the TV is only good for an antenna but cant be used for location sin which there is a cable ready un encrypted clear QAM signal available. I now have to return 18 TV's. Why would Pioneer build a TV without a clear QAM tuner in 2024?? For those who aren't aware many hospitality and health care locations pay for a clear QAM Cable product that requires no boxes, but this TV wont work. I never even got far enough with this TV to rate it for anything else. I will say that XUMO is a great platform though.
