Very comfortable fit, soft around the ears, long cord. I prefer to use them without the surround sound when gaming, but if I’m watching videos or movies I’ll apply the surround sound. Not very pricey, comes packaged well.

got these for working remotely, the goal was to give myself a more portable option that an XLR condenser mic with a separate USB audio interface and a scissor arm. Something I could tote around with a laptop. The Razer Blackshark V2 delivers. The audio quality on the mic is acceptable with the caveat that I spent hours in the Razer Synapse program tweaking the settings and trying to find some combination of options that I could live with. Now, I think I still sound VERY tinny compared to my more professional dekstop audio setup, but for the price, mobility, and comfort I have found these are capable of producing acceptable microphone audio quality. The biggest problem I ran into is that the mic on the Blackshark V2 doesn't pick up lower tones as clearly as higher ones, and apparently my voice is on the low side.
At least I had the option to tweak the settings because before getting the Blackshark V2 I had tried the Razer Kraken V3, and there is no fixing the audio that headset produces. Those were my second Razer product ever and my first Razer headset, I was shocked they put their name on something that shoddy. If Razer hadn't been having a sale that made their products an attractive price at the time I'd never have given their headsets the time of day ever again.
The comfort on these is fairly good, nothing extraordinary to me but I usually take meetings and listen to music through audiophile quality headphones and I often put custom earpads on them, so my standards are very high. These certainly exceed what I would normally expect from comfort in a set of headphones at this pricepoint, but I find them to be less comfortable than your average Sennheiser headphones. The cups are a bit more shallow with the default cups and rest closer to my ear than I would like. Replacement pads are at the top of my shopping list for these, though I do like the breathable jersey material on the outside of them.

Awesome headphones, especially for the price! When I was shopping for a headset I was drawn to Turtle Beach’s because that’s what I have used in the past but I have Razer speakers for my computer and I decided to go with the matching headset. Did not disappoint. Quality is the same, if not better, that a solid turtle beach headset for a fraction of the cost!

This is probably the bestest headset I’ve owned so far, it’s not too heavy so it’s pretty comfortable sitting on my head, especially during long gaming sessions. The sound quality is amazing, I even use it sometimes to listen to music or watch shows/movies. The microphone is pretty nice and clear. I can’t think of any downsides to this headset, I’ve really enjoyed it.

My 13 year old son loves these headphones…. This is his review on them. “I really like the headphones my mom surprised me with. I can hear so clearly and also speak and the other gamers can hear me clearly also. I like the cushion around the ear part and also like the fact that I can still hear my mom if she calls my name. I really like these and I would buy the same headphones if something were to happen to these”
Thanks Best Buy for selling great merchandise for customers like us to like.

Highly recommend. No echo on chat and very comfortable. Comes with two options for connecting to PC/controller/etc: one regular aux jack and one aux cable extender with double male aux splitter on the end (so you can hear audio from two sources ie pc and phone or pc and xbox, etc).

Cool, basic headset and especially for the price I received it for! Sounds great and it’s very comfortable. Also love the extended mechanism. Instead of weird hinges it’s just got a strong spring style metal wire you can just pull up and down on very slightly and it will work. Looks fantastic and the cord extension plus the rubber holder that comes with is also really helpful.

I have a lot of razer products and this is not one of my favorites. It’s a good headset however it is tight on my head. I don’t have a big head and find after prolonged use I rather just use the speakers. The sound is good but it needs more bass. Also after playing for about an hour I noticed my ear will get sweaty since they are so tight and the material is not breathable. It does have a short cable for headphones only but it does also come with a extender that has the microphone input on there. I think it’s about 8-10ft so it’s not bad. It’s bright green too so you won’t get it mixed up with other cables. The quality is great though so I can’t knock it for that. The microphone is good too and it has a small button for muting and a small dial to change the volume when you’re in game which is nice.
It’s a good price for a budget headset however it’s hard to recommend it because it’s not breathable and will get hot. Maybe that won’t be an issue to you but to me it is.

These are the comfiest headphones I have ever worn. Bought them for my girlfriend for when we game together. Her voice always comes in clearly and sounds great. Great mic and great sound quality for the price point. Highly recommend

I got these because I needed a replacement headset for my PS5, and I believe these were on sale and on my recommended list. I know Razer is a pretty respectable company but now I see why! Super comfortable, sound is great, and good build quality so I'm expecting them to last a while. Not Bluetooth though, if that's something that matters to you

The thing that I like about the headset is that it’s very comfy and very useful for gaming. Once I logged into Fortnite, the sound quality is off the charts. This is one of the best headsets I’ve ever owned. I would recommend buying this headset.

my first ever gaming headset and they are absolutely amazing! i love the way it fits on my ears so they won’t hurt while you have them on. the volume adjustment on the side is easy to use as well as the mute button right under it. outside noise is also gone so you won’t be as distracted while gaming.

Coming from the perspective of a semi-competitive gamer, this is a very VERY solid headset for the price. Audio and mic quality is good, and comfort is literally top tier.
The only downside is that there is some audio bleedthrough where people around you could potentially hear some of your game audio, and the mic isn’t detachable.
other than that I’d rate these a solid 8.5/10

I love this headset! Deep bass. Volume goes up really high if you want to. Controls are on headset so no heavy wire. Very very comfortable and noise cancelling as well. I love them.

I like these headphones, they sound great, they’re comfortable, and they look good enough. I do wish the built in mic was detachable but you can take the cover off and tuck it under the wire to keep it out of the way. I was able to get them on sale with a gift card and rewards which took my price down to $10 so they are very worth my money. Overall they are good especially for young kids who don’t need anything too serious.
