Great keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is an exceptional keyboard that sets a new standard for competitive gaming and everyday use. Razer has nailed the balance between performance, build quality, and ergonomics with this TKL (Tenkeyless) version, offering the perfect compact design for those who want a streamlined experience without sacrificing key functionality. One of the standout features of the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is its Razer Analog Optical Switches, which provide an incredibly precise and customizable actuation. These switches allow you to fine-tune the actuation point, which is perfect for gamers who need rapid response times in FPS games or want to tailor their keystrokes for specific commands. The smooth, tactile feedback adds to the experience, making it satisfying to type and game on. Build-wise, the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL feels like it can withstand anything you throw at it. The keyboard is solidly constructed, with an aluminum top plate that adds a premium touch while enhancing durability. The PBT keycaps are double-shot, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to wear and tear, even after countless hours of intense gaming. The addition of Razer Chroma RGB lighting is the cherry on top, with vibrant and fully customizable lighting that syncs beautifully with other Razer devices. Even in a TKL form factor, the Huntsman V3 Pro offers a satisfying amount of customization for lighting effects, making it a treat for those who enjoy adding personality to their setup. Comfort is also top-notch with the included ergonomic wrist rest, which is perfect for long gaming sessions or typing marathons. Plus, the detachable USB-C cable makes it highly portable and convenient for LAN parties or on-the-go use. In summary, the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is a gaming keyboard masterpiece. Its precision, speed, durability, and comfort combine to create an outstanding experience for both gaming and productivity. Whether you're a competitive gamer or someone who appreciates a top-tier typing experience, this keyboard delivers in every way.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow, I haven’t used a Razer keyboard in a years so I had NO IDEA how far they’ve come and advanced the mechanical keyboard game. The Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is easily the best feeling/typing keyboard I’ve ever used out of the box, and that’s before I’ve even started tweaking all of its advanced features, like key actuation levels. It’s hard to keep track of all the different switches out there now and it seems like every Mfg has gone off the beaten path and started to create and spec their own switches. The Huntsman V3 Pro is no different, it uses Razer’s Analog Optical Switch Gen-2. I’m not sure how to describe it since it feels like 2-3 switches blended into one. It has no “bite” or “tooth” like a Brown switch so it’s more like a Red, however, there is more resistance the further you depress the key. Key presses are fast and not fatiguing however, and since resistance increases near the bottom an decelerates your keystroke, typing is not as loud as you’d expect from a fully unleashed red. As mentioned, you can also change the register point in the keystroke and also set rapid fire keys. The build quality itself is amazing, aluminum top plate, textured double shot PBT keycaps for solid feel without oil and smudging or crud buildup. There is no key well, all the switches are floated on top of the aluminum top plate so the keyboard is easy to clean with just compressed air or Q-tips if you really want to give it a deep clean. All keys feel incredibly consistent, even the larger keys like space, tab, backspace etc. with consistent feeling stabilizers. The letters are also larger and easier to read than some other keyboards and the RGB lighting is super smart and impressive. While there is onboard memory as well as a keyboard shortcut card, you will want to install Razer Synapse on a PC to get the most out of the programmable feature of the Huntsman V3 Pro. Recessed USB-C and a magnetic key rest along with media keys for XBox Game Bar, Volume and a programmable key round out the obvious features. There’s also a light panel under the Home panel and above the arrow keys help show the different status of the keyboard. I would say the ONLY knock on the Huntsman V3 Pro is that it is wired and not wireless, or I would make it my daily driver in a heartbeat. The main reason I prefer wireless is because I can move my keyboard off my desk as needed, or swap keyboards which I do somewhat frequently due to multiple PCs, laptops and work devices I swap to. Also, the wireless keyboards have both BT and RF dongle connectivity, which allows me to swap between my personal PC and my work laptop using the same keyboard with just the touch of a button (RF or BT). Otherwise you simply can’t go wrong with this amazing keyboard, its truly a revelation for typing and gaming and something you will want to try out for yourself if you’re on the fence by visiting a BB or other store and typing on it. You won’t regret it!

Great keyboard and size but
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard feels really smooth with the creamy noises keys but its too soft, one small light pressure on the keys and it registers… for example, i would be playing game with my thumb on the space bar and even the lightest touch will register the space as a press. So that takes getting used to and having different hand posture

Better than the first iteration
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Razer Huntsman Analog when it first came out and that one was loud when you typed on it. Louder than this one. Even though this one isn't as loud, it can still be considered loud to some. I don't think there is enough dampening foam in it. If there was more put in it, there could be better accustics for these switches. But they are light and smooth so I won't knock it too much for the volume. White is a great looking color as well.

Total Package. Great Build. Options. Nice Software
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To get it out of the way early, this is a great keyboard. It has a great build that is solid, metal (top), and with some nice weight behind it (but by no means heavy), but also a bit compact at the same time. Thank you Tenkeyless (at least for gaming). Also thank you for keeping the function row…and for providing media, volume, and button/macro controls. Nice adds. I love the looks, which for me says something as I often find many gaming keyboards a bit much for my tastes. Plain. Black. Clean. Simple. Perfect for me. This one is also a bit specific, but I also like the font choice on the keys. Again, often it is awful (for me at least). The included wrist wrest is functional, does help, attaches wonderfully (and securely), but I honestly just don’t like the faux leather look of it. Minor thing, just something to note. As for the keys themselves, I found them very responsive. Crisp. Comfortable. Great to use. As is. That said, it really is worth the time to dive into the software and dial in your settings for what you like and how you like to play. Being able to adjust the actuation setting was really wild. As this was somewhat new to me, it did take a bit to get used to it, but I think it is one of those things you absolutely get better as you use it. Same with rapid trigger. The crazy part, to me, is that you can save settings to the keyboard and make changes on the fly. You can also adjust single keys. Just some great customization options. Even though I am not a “huge” RGB guy, Razer does a great job with it. It is bright, very customizable, and is very consistent across all their products. You can use response, generic, standard, or customizable patterns. All in all, about what you would expect. Just a quick note, as I have been on wireless keyboards for a bit now, but I appreciate the wired aspect here. Obviously, better for gaming, but also, zero battery concerns. It is just kind of nice. Also, the supplied USB-C cable is a nice, braided design with enough length for it not to be an issue. In the end, this is a great keyboard for gaming (“normal” typing is good too) and I really like it. It has a solid build, a nice feature-set, is comfortable, and has a high level of customization. It’s also just fun to use.

Another top notch product from Razer.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are so many gaming keyboards it is getting hard to distinguish them apart. They all look the same, they feel relatively the same and all have migrated towards gimmicky lights and features designed to attract adolescents. In that respect, the Razer - Huntsman V3 Pro does fall under that paradigm. With that said, it does have a lot of strong features that you find in most of the Razer lineup. In review: Build - The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is sleek, low profile and refined. The top is black brushed aluminum with a volume control wheel and programmable buttons. The bottom is a high-grade plastic the gives the whole keyboard good rigidity. I would have loved to see the entire body made our of aluminum , especially at this price point. The wrist pad is disappointing, there is barely any padding and does not raise the wrist. Some may like the minimalistic design but after a week of using it, I did notice some wrist strain. However, it is nice that it adheres magnetically. Keys and performance - As with the other top line gaming keyboards, the keys are a pleasure. Great tactile feel, responsive and superb response. The Huntsman has an interesting feature set with the keys. Using the quick key command, you can use the dial to adjust the actuation point from a .1mm all the way to a 4 mm. Personally, I will never use this feature, but I can see people wanting different profiles according to whether they are just using them for typing or if they need the high response for gaming. These features (and much more) can be managed through Razer’s Synapse software. The real shining point for me is the feel of keys and responsiveness, it reminded me of times past of the old IBM M and F keyboards. That may not mean anything to the young crowd, but I assure you they were the best for typing at the time. In conclusion, the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is an excellent gaming keyboard and an even better everyday keyboard. However, it does fall short in a few areas. The big elephant in the room is the price. It is near the price of some full-size competitors that offer the same if not a better experience. That is not to say the rapid trigger, build quality, tactile feel and programmability are not top notch, they are. It is just not leaps and bounds over the competition. I own Corsair K70 as well as Razer Black Widow Pro and both perform comparably. The difference for me is I just prefer the full-size form factor. The spacing is just better and I like the extra heft for keeping the keyboard in place. I can see how some may prefer the smaller size of the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL but make sure you have tested out a ten keyless keyboard before you buy. Regardless, there is no disputing the high quality and performance of this keyboard.

Solid "game" changer keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Razer - Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Wired Analog Optical Esports Keyboard with Rapid Trigger and Adjustable Actuation is a compact, solid, and light display keyboard. The adjustable actuation allows for a precise smooth feeling input for gamers. Setup was plug and play with the USB-C to USB-A. The Razer - Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Wired Analog Optical Esports Keyboard with Rapid Trigger and Adjustable Actuation, just in case TKL stands Ten Key Less, so no ten key pad, which makes for a small footprint keyboard. The Razer - Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Wired Analog Optical Esports Keyboard with Rapid Trigger and Adjustable Actuation has a metal base and three round control knobs, which makes a solid feeling gamer keyboard. The remaining keys actuation can be adjusted from the keyboard itself or from the Synapse software. A must for all gamers, the Razer - Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Wired Analog Optical Esports Keyboard with Rapid Trigger and Adjustable Actuation has rapid trigger and actuation tuning to suit your gaming style. Being a wired keyboard, no batteries needed to harmed or replaced. I do like the tactile feel of the keys and the feedback while gaming. Since it is built and intended for gaming, without disabling rapid trigger, you are going to get a lot of spelling errors using it as a regular keyboard. Having a metallic case, it has a magnetic “leatherette” wrist rest, the wrist rest attaches to the base of the keyboard of course magnetically! Having just a leatherette covering, I would have possibly like a cushioned wrist rest. Overall, the Razer - Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Wired Analog Optical Esports Keyboard with Rapid Trigger and Adjustable Actuation is quite impressive with form and functions. Plus, you can choose a rainbow of back lit colors!
