Fantastic Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing keyboard for gaming. Rapid Trigger especially is a gamechanger! The Analog feature is pretty good, it definitely could be better though, analog won't work great with games like GTA due to WASD being for both driving and walking, but it's amazing for racing games. Although by all honesty, it's pretty expensive. It also needs a little bit of getting used to if you come from mechanical keyboards, especially the adjustable actuation.

Great keyboard but overpriced with better alternat
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good keyboard but way overpriced. The switches are nice and the light sync is pretty cool but definitely has a bit of a learning curve. Not as good as wootinghe 60 and not better enough thank my royal kludge to justify the price. Excellent build quality though and could be a definite buy on sale or if you really love razer switches and ecosystem

Snap-Tap!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the keyboard for Snap-Tap and it does the feature nicely, but it's not THAT big of a deal in most games. For plain typing, it kinda sucks, not sure what about the layout causes me a lot of typos. It's also very pricey. It's a coin toss whether I would buy it again.

Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Keyboard 4/5 Star
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Straight out of the box, this keyboard looks extremely satisfying. The brushed metal frame along with the solid black keycaps make for a nice contrast on any desk. Along with the keyboard itself, a minimalist wrist pad made of leather is provided and can be magnetically attached to the keyboard with ease. The wrist pad does not contain padding but still feels very comfortable while gaming for hours or typing up assignments. The feet of the keyboard have two different height adjustments aside from the flat default height, providing easier access to keys for some users who prefer it. The keyboard comes with USB-C and has several media and volume control capabilities that are useful for anyone who listens to music or watches videos regularly. The lighting on the keyboard is very vibrant, and the customizable per-key LEDs are easily mappable through the Razer Synapse program that is preinstalled when the keyboard is initially plugged into the computer. Typing is extremely linear, which is something I prefer over a tactile bump that comes standard on mechanical switches. Razor killed it with their Gen-2 Analog Optical switches, which are entirely customizable through the same Synapse software as before. They can be made touch sensitive, or less responsive until more force is applied, catering to any person's preference of actuation. Rapid trigger is also given, allowing users to input keys at a much higher rate without having to fully reset the key before the next press. An option to turn-key presses into controller inputs is also given, granting access to controller-only games that would be otherwise locked behind a separate controller purchase. Profile switching, while currently flawed, is easily usable on the keyboard itself, and changing actuation / swapping profiles on the fly is extremely simple. Cons: A very glaring issue initially is the price of the keyboard. It is very expensive for a purely wired keyboard and lacks the Bluetooth functionality that flagship keyboards from other companies have used on keyboards at half the price. There were also a few flaws that were noticed with the keyboard directly after plugging it into the computer. Running the Razer Synapse software is required to create custom profiles for the keyboard, and does not save to the onboard memory itself. When connected to Synapse, the keyboard transitions into a Synapse mode that allows it to access all profiles set up on the software, but transferring the keyboard to a different computer does not allow you to swap to the previously saved profile like one would expect, which is a key advertising point made by Razer themselves. Macros are also dodgy on the board, as they do not actually work at the current moment and only serve to disable the keys bound to the macros. The Synapse software does not store these macros anywhere, and the only way to fix the non-functioning keys is to drag the macros around Synapse, close and reopen the software, and then finally get the option to delete the macro from the F9 key, not any bound keys. This is especially difficult when playing games, as the WASD keys will not function once accidentally bound to a macro. Overall Opinion: The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL keyboard is a very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing keyboard that supports a very responsive switch within the board itself. It does not feel cheap or tacky, and has a nice sound to it while typing, although a slight bit hollow in the spacebar that is not too noticeable for the average user. The few downsides of the keyboard lie solely in software for the most part, which can be expected to change over the coming months due to how new the keyboard is. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a responsive gaming and typing feel but do not advise everyone to jump on it because there are more budget-friendly options for similar features. This keyboard certainly caters to gamers, but not so much to the average consumer. 4/5 stars is the rating I would give this keyboard!

BUYER BEWARE
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would put zero if it was possible. The absolute worst keyboard in existence. Overpriced dogwater. The keyboard doesn't even type. Buyer beware. You will be screwed. Prepare to have a secondary keyboard on hand when this thing fails you.

Another top notch product from Razer.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are so many gaming keyboards it is getting hard to distinguish them apart. They all look the same, they feel relatively the same and all have migrated towards gimmicky lights and features designed to attract adolescents. In that respect, the Razer - Huntsman V3 Pro does fall under that paradigm. With that said, it does have a lot of strong features that you find in most of the Razer lineup. In review: Build - The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is sleek, low profile and refined. The top is black brushed aluminum with a volume control wheel and programmable buttons. The bottom is a high-grade plastic the gives the whole keyboard good rigidity. I would have loved to see the entire body made our of aluminum , especially at this price point. The wrist pad is disappointing, there is barely any padding and does not raise the wrist. Some may like the minimalistic design but after a week of using it, I did notice some wrist strain. However, it is nice that it adheres magnetically. Keys and performance - As with the other top line gaming keyboards, the keys are a pleasure. Great tactile feel, responsive and superb response. The Huntsman has an interesting feature set with the keys. Using the quick key command, you can use the dial to adjust the actuation point from a .1mm all the way to a 4 mm. Personally, I will never use this feature, but I can see people wanting different profiles according to whether they are just using them for typing or if they need the high response for gaming. These features (and much more) can be managed through Razer’s Synapse software. The real shining point for me is the feel of keys and responsiveness, it reminded me of times past of the old IBM M and F keyboards. That may not mean anything to the young crowd, but I assure you they were the best for typing at the time. In conclusion, the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL is an excellent gaming keyboard and an even better everyday keyboard. However, it does fall short in a few areas. The big elephant in the room is the price. It is near the price of some full-size competitors that offer the same if not a better experience. That is not to say the rapid trigger, build quality, tactile feel and programmability are not top notch, they are. It is just not leaps and bounds over the competition. I own Corsair K70 as well as Razer Black Widow Pro and both perform comparably. The difference for me is I just prefer the full-size form factor. The spacing is just better and I like the extra heft for keeping the keyboard in place. I can see how some may prefer the smaller size of the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL but make sure you have tested out a ten keyless keyboard before you buy. Regardless, there is no disputing the high quality and performance of this keyboard.
