Amazing subwoofer with questionable packaging

I mean its REL, historical they're going to give you an amazing product. And when this was shipped to me the two boxes it was in were in perfect condition. However when i unpacked it the cover for the sub had an EXTREMELY bent clip. This wouldn't be a big deal but REL says that they inspect each package thoroughly before shipping off and this is something that you couldn't miss. I would expect this from some other brands but not REL and especially not at this price.

Lower lows than i expected for a 10 inch sub!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced a 16 year old Klipsch Synergy (lower end budget model-not complaing, like I said it lasted 16 years)10 inch ported downfiring with this REL 10 inch sealed cabinet. The REL has a much smaller cabinet, and may not hit quite as hard, but definitley sounds much clearer and reaches much deeper lows. Certainly not disappointed.
