It is very nice to not have the agitator in the middle. It does seem to get unbalanced while washing blankets but corrects itself after readjusting. I really have no complaints about this washer!

We do like not having the agitator to stack clothes around and it's great for washing bedspreads. Real easy to just dump the clothes in. Stuff we are not happy with: It's very loud. It gets off balance quite a few times just with regular clothes. We don't like that you can't set an automatic water level by default. You have to select it each wash. Right now it's making a ratcheting sound when it washes so we'll be calling a repairman before it breaks down.

We paid for the professional installation which was sub par. The installation techs left a large portion of the packaging stuck to the bottom of the washing machine which threw it off balance. They set it up to run and left my house with the unit banging around and stated it was normal. The belt burned into the plastic underneath. We were fortunate to find this before we started using the machine. It is a shame that we paid for this service.

Somewhat Disappointed

The machine is beautiful, however, almost totally plastic except for the washing drum. There are items I do not like about the machine: (1) The machine gets off balance very easily. (2) I am 5'5" and cannot reach to the bottom of the washer. (3) The washing cycles are too long. I had to buy a grabber and step stool to reach socks on the bottom of the machine. The machines very good.

From the day I purchase to the day I got rid of it. It was straight up horrible. Constantly shaking. Always off balance, i always had to call into Samsung for help or assistance with the shaking. Then they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to have a tech come out and check it out. Never ever again This machine was A big waste of money

No problems for the first year or so, but it soon got really loud when spinning out, and constantly unbalanced at which point it refills and starts again. It is nearly impossible to find anyone who can repair them. I finally sent directly to Samsung for service and their starting quote is $495. For a three year old machine.

It weighs the clothes to determine the amount of water to add per load. If the clothes happen to be wet, such as if the machine stops in the middle of a cycle for the load being off-balance, the machine does not know what to do because the clothes weigh too much, so it just shuts down. You can't start again until you've removed the wet, dirty clothing, dried it, and put it back in the machine. Who designed a washing machine that can't handle wet clothes?
