I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set that works like a charm and fits my laundry area perfectly. I opted for the washer install package with parts. The first delivery did not go too well because it was determined that 2 of the numbers in my address were flipped so the first crew told me that could not deliver and I had to reschedule the install. The second crew that came a week later was great. I’ve been using the units for the past 2 weeks now and I can’t complain. My clothes are clean, the units are sleek, and they don’t make a lot of noice while running which is nice because I work from home and have opted to wash a load or two mid day. The washer can hold a nice amount of clothes and everything gets clean. The spin cycle is great and effectively gets just about 95% of all the water from my clothes which helps to ensure my dry time will be greatly reduced so I’m able to do more loads in a shorter span of time. Both the washer and dryer are really easy to use in my opinion but the star is the washer. All in all I would give the washer and dryer unit and the install service a 10 out of 10!!!

Great unit. Lots of space inside for clothes and towels. Easy to use and quiet. Needed something to replace my whirlpool and wanted to be able to wash bedding easier. Definitely recommend.

I bought this washer about 4 months ago. This was my first time buying a washer without an agitator. I specifically was looking for a washing machine that didn’t have an agitator because I heard that they washed better and I wanted more room. So far so good. it’s very spacious on the inside, which I love. The washer is easy to use, and understand all of the bells and whistles. It’s performing good so far!

Seems to be very good washing machine, works very well, large capacity with so many cycle options, and looks great in my laundry room, I really like it and would recommend purchasing, Conner was very nice when helping me ordered it, arrived as expected and delivery guys were great! Absolutely love my new Samsung washer and dryer from Best Buy. Theyre easy to operate and the top loader holds a lot, including bulky clothes, rugs and blankets. Delivery was earlier than expected. There was a hitch in the set up but a different crew came back out and had it up and running in no time!

Get this washer its worth it. I like that it hold alot of clothes and noiseless.you can set it to multiple settings and its self cleaning. If you want a really good washer then Samsung is the best choice.

Had this for 1 1/2 years without issue. It cleans clothes well and without beating them up (no impeller). The spin cycle is excellent for ensuring all the water is sucked out of the clothes - this helps cut drying time. It does ask you to do the auto-clean after about 6 washes (manual says 20), but you don't have to if it's not convenient. Holds a queensize comforter just fine, too!

Love the set and the washer is quite and so big in the inside really love it

So far so good, its bigger than I expected and it plays a little tune when the cycle is complete. I'm able to do full size comforters with no issues. I havent yet tried out a queen but the drum is wide enough.

Initially thought the capacity size was going to be an issue, but this washer holds a lot more than it looks! Its very spacious and plays an awesome jingle at the end of each cycle

Samsung delivers again with a solid washer for our Airbnb that can fit comforters and a ton of towels. Quality and price at it’s finest!

The Samsung washer is magnificent! It does an amazing job in cleaning in cleaning our clothes. But thats an understatement, never have I seen in my lifetime of 43 years a washer to be able to get out hair die from a towel but this Samsung washer, granted I set it for deep clean, it was able to save my favorite from hair die. Needless to say I was shocked! So I decided to throw in a few pair pairs of tan khaki shorts the I had written off but practically brand new but I had destroyed (or at least I thought I had) by working on cars with them and they had grease stains imbedded in them and no matter how many times I washed them the grease was always noticeable. I threw a couple pairs in and lo and behold the stains had come out. I have started joking around with my gf that she came and switched out my shorts cause she would always get on my case for wearing shorts that had car grease and lube stains on. Not anymore. And to top it off I don't even have to close the door the to laundry room when the washer and drier run, they are just so divinely quiet. I brag to my friends that if they have never used a Samsung washer that they need too, some of my friends look at my like I am crazy when I say that but it don't matter cause I am wearing my favorite best fitting in shorts when a few weeks ago my gf was trying to convince me to throw them away. And I wouldn't being doing the washer any justice if I didn't mention the unbelievable capacity, I was able to wash a queen size comforter with out a problem, which I used to have to take to the laundromat because it wouldn't even come close to fitting in my old washer. Oh and I almost forgot, it is mesmerizing and fascinating to stand and watch laundry being washed looking through the glass top.

I purchased this after our 20+ year old Sears special Kenmore that came with our house stopped spinning and agitating. I was a bit skeptical of a top load washing machine without an agitator, but so far this one has cleaned better than our old kenmore ever did. While the UI is confusing if you don't read the manual, it was easy to get accustomed to once I did. This thing is packed with plenty of load cycle, water level, and temperature options to fit anything you may need to throw in it. The self balancing/calibration feature is great as well, and the Unbalanced load protection pause/beep is a welcomed change from hearing the spin cycle bang against the tub walls late at night. The auto level water selection is a great feature and helps get the perfect amount of water to clean any load size. I was a bit concerned with HE and having issues with pet hair, but so far this washer has pushed far less dog hair through our drain net than the previous. It seems to ball it up during the spin cycle, making it easy to remove in small dry clumps once the cycle has finished. While on the topic of spin cycle; it's FANTASTIC. Clothes come out of this thing almost dry it's so efficient. I've been able to cut drying times in half since my last washing machine, and as long as this thing has half the longevity of my previous machine, I'll be happy. This thing is QUIET, so it's hard to tell if it's even running at times. The music that plays at the end of the cycle is great for that reason, though it would be nice if it could be disabled for those that run laundry at night like myself. Cons- The self locking lid is a bit annoying after having an old washer that you could open at any time. Having to press the pause and resume button every time you want to add an article of clothing you missed gets a bit monotonous. With that said, it's been a fantastic machine for the value thus far,

I like all the features and not having an agitator. It holds a lot of clothes and they don’t get too tangled up. It is also much quieter than my last washer and has a soft close lid.

The machine is not loud, the clothes come out clean and it handles a big load. It plays a melody when the wash is done. Super easy to use and the wash time isn't bad but that depends on the load size and setting you use. I'm happy that I picked this washer and it's perfect for my family of 4.

So far so good. Only used it a handful of times in the last 3 weeks and it does clean very well. The only problem I had was on one load where there was still detergent residue left on 2 shirts after washing. So the next loads I added the extra water to the wash. Prior to purchasing I was reading the reviews and one stood out from the rest... people complaining about the jingle at the end of the cycle. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, people actually complained about something that turns itself off in matter of moments and the jingle isn't intrusive. Ahhhh the world we live in. I already washed some Sherpa Throws and was able to do 3 at a time, which was awesome. Then tried California king quilt with no problem.

Best washer I’ve ever owned. It does seem to take longer to do a load because of the 8 cycle but it cleans well. First washer without an agitator too and I love that because you can put more clothes in to clean and not having to worry about spreading the laundry around the thing!
