Disappointed

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not recommend based on the fact that I don’t really know what was delivered. I was never able to fully utilize the TV. I had a message appear on my TV screen every time I started it requesting setup updates in Service Mode. After multiple chats and calls with BestBuy, they suggested that I call Samsung. I called Samsung USA who remotely logged into my TV to attempt to correct settings. After over 30 minutes on the phone with Samsung, they suggested that I return the TV to BestBuy. After reviewing the label on the back of the TV, it was obvious that the label was tampered with. It looks like it was removed and some other label applied. Take a look at the photos. The corners are peeled back and sticker on back of TV is not placed back on straight. So, I have no idea what model the TV actually was.

DO NOT BUY OPEN BIX

Second one was worse by far with damaged corners, not Styrofoam to prevent damages and in a box meant for a 55 inch tv. I purchased in excellent condition and i get a pile of garbage

Very dissatisfied

Bad Experience with 48 Samsung OLED

I set it up and started to see a message that I needed to go into the Serivces Mode and set-up some options about. - Type, Local Set, Front Color Option". Looked this up online and it seemed to indicate that this normally happens when you purchase and “Open Box” device, which I did not. I suspect the delay in delivery related to this matter and BB sold the set to me as new when in fact it was a previously used item and returned. Very disappointed in BB. Trying to get support from them is impossible ever though I purchased Geek Squad support. Not a good experience at all.

tv is just ok - the remote sucks

Cheaply poorly made with high cost

The panels and software are horrible cheaply made will break bug out pixels popping. stick with lg or sony for high end tvs
