The controls are not easy to see. I have to lean over the stovetop to see. I thought it was just my age, but my children say the same thing. After only 8 days, the oven quit working. There was a C-F2 error. I learned this is a common problem with Samsung stoves. I was told to unplug it and plug it back in so it would re-boot, but that did not solve the problem. Wound up having to get the circuit board replaced. I would not recommend this product.

A bit of a learning curve with this stove after having our last stove for the last 17 years. The controls could be a little clearer. Including a basic quick startup manual would go a long way to improving customer satisfaction. I do believe this is a great stove and we will only become happier with it as we learn how to use it more efficiently.

I'm beginning to understand its functions and learning how to use it best. The burners are quick to heat and it is taking me a little time to adjust to them, but the temperature holds steady, which I like. So far the only changes I would make would be to add a back light to the control panel, sometimes it is hard to read in low light. I would also like to have an option to lower the brightness of the time/temp display. It is very bright. All in all I am very please with my purchase.
