It’s Cool
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV is good but what they don’t say is you have to put this on a flat wall. There’s no room for anything sticking from under the TV for the mount. So, you have to make sure you have everything right before the mounting. Other than that so far so good.

Overall Good TV!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV looks great, and we love how close it is to the wall. You sacrifice a little of the crisp picture with the matte finish, but worth it in our space. The separate box did create some extra work, especially given how thin the wire is.

Good product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product but some backlighting bleeding when there are dark scenes during movies. Aesthetically it looks great, and I love the matte on the screen.

Sleek design

Good TV, one issue so far
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have owned it for a couple of months and so far really like it. The real benefits of this tv are the way it is mounted and the connection box it comes with. Its a tv that is meant for mounting, and connecting everything through the cable box, not doing so really defeats the purpose. The one complaint i have so far is the controller stopped working after a few months. Have read more similar reviews it seems its a known issue.

Great for above the fireplace
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect solution to putting our a TV above our fireplace due to the power outlet being farther away from the TV closer to a bookshelf. The only issue we have is universal remote configuration with our sound bar (LG) and apps to our streaming services due to the ones we need are only Apple TV supported.

Thank you for sharing your review of The Frame TV. Please know you can control your connected devices using your TV remote by following these set-up steps:
1) Connect an external device to the HDMI port of the TV, and then power on the external device. Your TV will automatically recognize the device when connected through HDMI and will switch the output. If it doesn't automatically detect it, then keep following the steps to set up Universal Remote.
2) Go to Home > Menu > Connected Devices > Universal Remote. When you select a connected external device, the output of the selected device is displayed on the TV's screen.
3) Select Universal Remote on the Home screen. Next, select Start and make sure the device you want to connect is turned on. When your desired device displays, select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and register the device. The instructions may vary, depending on the device type selected.
4) Your TV and remote will memorize the external device and its connection port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) to make controlling everything even easier. Occasionally, the device may not respond after it's registered. To make sure the connection is made, you may need to re-register the device or adjust the position of your external device.

Good for what we need if for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks great for what we need it for, a TV that works like a painting on our wall as it is placed in a room that we don't intend to watch much Television. We have a TV that is more of a television TV for another room, I would recommend another tv if you want a true television experience. The only thin I don't like about the TV is that there art catalog is mostly behind a paywall.

Gorgeous and impossibly thin
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid about $700 for 3rd party to install the 65 inch, and i paid for the wood color frame, so even with great sales I paid 2k all in, but the result is so good, looks like a piece of artwork and i didn't regret it. Kudos to Best buy for giving 60 days of price protection, which saved me $400!

Cool, but strings attached
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our friend had one of these, and my wife really loved the idea of a TV that wasn't a big black rectangle on the wall when it's not being used. That said, this is my first "smart" tv, and there's some good and bad that comes with that. You really relinquish a lot of control over how it works, and that bothers me... but it's so much easier to set up with my devices. My only gripe is that the photo feature has a subscription cost associated with it. I'll figure out a cheaper way to make it work, but for now, I'm a little disappointed on that front.

Tv is Awesome, Worst Mount Ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is great. The mount that is created for the tv is horrible. The cheapest bolts you could ever imagine. The tv mount also is 2 separate brackets instead of a normal mount with one bracket.

Great TV ... installation not so much
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love the TV. The Geek Squad installation was not so good. They took our old TV off the wall and put the new one back in the wrong place (3" lower than the old one). And they said they were experts.

Love The Frame But Need To Fix A Glitch
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure if it's the TV or the installation but we have an issue where, after several hours of watching it, the screen will show no power source on HDMI1 input. Unsure why. Otherwise, it's a terrific TV.

Great tv, complex to use
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful picture and tv, slim. Only complaint it’s hard to figure out how to turn tv on, instead of frame picture. It takes several attempts after nearly a year to watch a program. Once the tv is on, then we have to search for program, there are tons of options. Wish tv was a little simpler to use.

Almost great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great features, great picture. Only complaint is that Samsung makes you get a subscription for the artwork. I would have rated 5 stars except for the subscription.

Our frame TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV seems great so far! The Geek folks who installed if for us did an A plus job! My only input is that the artwork that comes with the TV is very limited, so that now we need to be looking at purchasing more artwork (which seems to be pretty confusing with many choices and not sure exactly what you wil get with each). This could be better! Thanks for asking.

Great TV, Subpar backlight
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the passive art display mode and how the tv hangs when using the included mount. The backlight can be a bit uneven though

Frame -Nice Picture
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture, and I added my own art. Looks great on the wall. Only complaint is the Samsung home screen and the limited remote control functions.

Fools my friends!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really thin TV and art setting does confuse my friends sometimes! They say it looks pretty realistic. Of course, don't like you need to pay Samsung membership for the art options.
