Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was sold to me for my Bespoke stackable washer and ventless dryer unit. The wiring module drywr connection will not reach the connection on the ventless dryer. This connection sits in the middle, near the top of the rear panel of the dryer, unlike other models. From the reviews ive read, Samsung is aware this issue and still sells them together. How disappointing and a poor way to do business! Make it right and provide an extention! The controls are very high when staked and difficult to reach for some.

Still waiting to have my washer and dryer installed and I purchased them the beginning of July!! They keep canceling installation day of!!
