Tv monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great monitor, but it acts more like a tv than a monitor. It also lags when you turn it on so my windows will jump back and forth between both monitors. Great product just doesn’t work great for me

Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor sucked. But I liked it a lot. Because good va panel. Nice colors for gaming. Not so great for watching movies. And it’s not worth full price because its movies have lots of motion blur and screen tearing. And it’s because of these reasons that I do not recommend. Just get a better monitor and get a fire stick for it or chromecast or Apple TV. That’s what I’m gonna do. Woah, this has to be 50 characters by now. Seriously, is this not fifty characters???

Dead pixels :(
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I first off want to say I love this monitor and all that it offers with the amazing looking display and speed of it in general. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because it has one dead pixel in the top left corner. it’s not to noticeable as of right now and just looks like there is something permanently stuck to the screen. Would 100% buy this again if only it didn’t have a dead pixel.

Great performance, when working.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is great whenever it works. After a month of regular use I noticed a dead pixel. Shortly after this the entire display went dead. I’m sure this was a manufacturer defect but for the money that is unacceptable.

"Game Mode" is okay at best.
|Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The monitor itself is very nice. The smart features are "Ok" at best. Everytime I turn on my PC the monitor does not recognize the input. I had to go into "game mode" settings on the monitor and turn game mode on, then off again before it would recognize the input. Once it turns on it works great, however it is very annoying having to do these steps every time I turn on my computer. Every now and then ( I guess depending on the game) the monitor would flicker, for months I thought my PC was dying. I swapped the monitor out and it ended up being the Samsung unfortunately.

Good, but issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor could be so good if there weren't a few annoying issues that I've dealt with. I read all the horror stories about the old G7 and wanted to give this a chance. Really want to like and recommend it, but I can't. Pros - 240Hz is so nice coming from a 100Hz Ultrawide - Good colors and contrast - Easy setup with the included stand or with a monitor arm Cons - Scanlines are still an issue. Not as bad as the older G7 but on certain blue and green shades you can notice it. New Fortnite update it is VERY noticeable. Can see it on the BestBuy homepage. -Backlight bleed is not great. Even directly head on you can see the top and bottom of the screen is more gray on a dark page or screen. - Smart TV UI is just not my thing. Can be really slow and unresponsive at times. I'd rather use my Roku. - Won't detect signal when turning on computer unless I let it boot to Windows login screen. Have to replug the DP cable to fix. - Won't detect signal if monitor goes to sleep. Have to replug the DP cable to fix. Power cycling monitor for this and above issue does not work for me. - Only happened two times but once when plugging my Nintendo Switch and tabbing back in the MW2 2022 the monitor would seem like it turns off and on every second. Replugging power cable was the only way to fix.

Not as expected
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not thrilled. I was expecting to be blown away but I haven't really seen it yet. Now I notice I have a horizontal floating pixilation that flows down the screen about once every couple minutes. Of course I notice now that it is past the time to return it. Wonderful.
