    Very well made and easy installation. Instructions were a little lacking but I had no problems just looked at the pictures on the box.

    Very easy to mount to the tv and the wall. Instructions were a little bit iffy but we figure it out and it has very smooth action. We mounted a 55” TCL flat screen and it mounted and works perfectly.

    Product works well, but instructions could be better. Also would be helpful if there was more visible warning about the ease with which TV can be cracked while installing the Mount hardware and hanging the TV. Thought I was being careful, but somehow cracked and ruined a $2,000 TV.

    Instructions for mounting were not as clear as they could be. The mount was purchased specifically for a Samsung curve TV and we could not get it to level correctly. Not a huge deal as it was off by a very small amount.

    This product is great when it’s complete but please follow all the instructions in the book. The ‘tutorial video’ doesn’t help at all unless you want to see what the final product is supposed to be. Also try attaching a bit higher than you want just to make sure your viewing angle is great.

    Directions were very poor! They did not match the parts with the mount. The wrong size bolts were in the package. Too many worthless parts were sent with the mount, the junkyard enjoyed them!

    This is trash. Don’t waste $200 on this garbage. Instructions are not terrible and it doesn’t lock the TV in properly.
