Very flimsy, especially in comparison to the Commercial Electric mount we subsequently purchased. The metal was very thin, and didn’t give me a good feeling considering the massive TV I was about to hang on it. When compared to the other, it was like a toy vs the real thing. The extension part that pulls out is comprised of two fairly thin bars, about ½” wide, connected by a rivet in the middle. Seriously? A rivet?? It was when I saw the single-rivet-pivot that I decided there was no way I was putting an 85”, 101 pound TV on it. Returned to store.

The bottom clips are a confusing and imperfect mechanism. One of them broke as I was trying to engage and secure it to the bottom rail. I have no idea how to put it back together. The television is already mounted and too heavy to kove around by myself so I had to leave the mount just hanging on the top rail, which seems secure enough…

TV mount was perfectly level but once I hung the TV on it and then tilted it downward (due to it being mounted high above a fireplace), it became off balance by 5/8 of an inch and looks bad.

Sticks out way too far from the wall. My old mount was out about an 1" from the wall. This one is about 5-6". Your questions below are the wrong questions. The quality and ease of use are great; it's just not fit for the job as I see it.

Get the Rocketfish Full Motion instead, it is FAR superior in every way. The Sanus "Elite" is finnicky, kind of a 'set it and leave it alone'. I had to tighten the screws several times to make it 'fall into place' correctly. The RocketFish full motion you can tilt/spin/swivel/forward/backwards and it doesn't require any tightening. Just position it where you want it, and it stays there. Best use case if you intend on angling the TV often, I use it in a workshop so it helps.

Just okay. Nightmare of no instructions and a worthless explanation video/customer service. Product seems serviceable but doesnt reek of high quality construction. Too expensive to be wary.

I had asked for the wall mount that came out at least 20-24 inches from the wall. I noticed in my printed conversation with your worker that was not recorded. Will only do business in person from now on.

We put it on the wall, but we were unable to lift the TV on it. The TV is a little heavy, despite being thin with nervous. If it actually strong enough to hold but to be fair, we haven't done this as yet.

This mount went up fairly easily, but it won't stay tilted to one side. It just floats back to center after you try moving it to one side or the other. I contacted both Best Buy and Sanus and neither one could help. Pretty frustrating.

Expensive. I probably didnt need to buy two of them. I prefer flat mount because these stuck out from the wall. Not as much as full motion mounts but still not flush on the wall. Total Tech consultant recommends this model so I went with them. I dont move my tvs around so didnt need 4D tilt. When i did try to move them it felt flimsy.

The tech told me it would support a 85" tv,but the verticals that mount yo tv or 4" to short,couldn't return because store return policy.

Holds the TV securely but can't get it to tilt downward. Since it's over fireplace, it would be nice if it tilted downward as it's supposed to.

Excellent value. Installs easily, but you must follow the well-written instructions. Mechanically sound, versatile, ruggedly constructed and can be precisely positioned with the largest panels. Don't buy a cheap imitation. Don't hang an $8000 display screen on a 49.95 mount...it's not worth it.

Perfect for my lg oled c1. The screws are hidden and have good reach you can move it to the sides.

This was very difficult to install. Had to hire someone and he had difficulty.P

Hard to mount , the big bolt screw broke my drill when trying to remove them from the studs and Very much limits TVs mobility. The same brand sells a to screw far more mobile arm mount that works much better And it’s cheaper .

My first Samsung TV purchase and likely my last. I’ve had numerous issues with wireless connectivity and this TV. Both Bluetooth and WiFi connections seem to drop from the TV for no apparent reason. Airplay and casting from other apps also does not work like it should. I’ve had this tv less than a year and I’ve done multiple network resets, software resets and more. I don’t recommend the TV and wish I had not bought it. Apart from the issues above, Samsung TV home display, App Store and remote functions are not user friendly. Stay away. Picture and sound quality are great though. 4/10 due to the connection issues. I’ll seriously probably replace this tv long before it breaks because it’s functionality is lacking

Item is made durable but it sits the tv out to far from the wall it’s not the look I was looking for
