It works well most of the time

The lightbulbs have been good but I do have issues sometimes with them not turning off when being commanded to. If i ask Alexa to turn them off, one of them will do it and the other one won’t. Sometimes I’ll have to do it through the app and that won’t even work sometimes. The bulbs themselves are bright and I like I can change the color but they can be wonky sometimes.

Initially, it had issues connecting to my gateway, though everything clicked as soon as a reset was performed. It works great when it works, it's nice that I can just call out a color and it comes on, it's been a gas playing with it. My only complaint is that it drops connection on a regular basis (about once a week) so only one bulb continues to work, but everything goes back to normal after a power cycle.

It's OK if you don't mind resetting it often.

Bulb is cool, many color options but it often disconnects from Alexa and you have to reset it often to get it working again. It's OK.

My setup is just 1 lightbulb and a Nest Hub. Previously, I had a Wiz A19 color bulb that had communication problems with my Nest Hub. Like every day. Eventually I decided to try this Sengled which came free with the Nest Hub. It stays connected and the Nest Hub has no problem communicating with it. However, it was an absolute pain to set up. Should’ve been simple, but my first mistake was apparently I needed to set my iPad to my 2.4 wifi network in order to pair to the 2.4 wifi Sengled bulb. And even then it took about 5 tries with the Google Home app before I successfully got the bulb paired. I didn’t do anything different after switching to 2.4 wifi band. Just kept trying until it finally successfully paired. Why not pair the first time? I dunno. [One last note. Don’t know if there is an app for Sengled or not. But if not then this bulb can’t do any of the advanced color modes that the Wiz bulb was able to do, such as “Party Mode”, etc. Not a big deal to me. But maybe it is to some?]

Super useful and lots of color options. The only issue I've had is that it sometimes says that it's on when it's not, requiring a restart.

They were pretty bright which was nice but difficult to connect. Even after going over the steps it never worked like it should. Maybe have been a combination of user error and device but it wasnt as seemless as I hoped.

They work great when they work. Half the time they drop communication with alexa. Power down then turn back on usually works. Have 6 bulbs, tell them tonturn on, maybe 4 will most of the time. Other than communication, they workngreat.

These require a home connected hub device to work, like amazon alexa or Apple HomePod. Not sure if thats an oversight on my end or if its an unexpected flaw/limitation of the product. I had assumed you would be able to use it via bluetooth connected to your phone.

Once it works it is great. But... it took me over 2 hours to set it up and it disconected after two weeks. Now it has been impossible to pair it again. Value I am giving 5 stars because it was free with the purchase of an echo. Don't get excited.

Very disappointed in these lights. Connected up and work d fine with Google home for a day or two then lost connection. I reset the light per the instructions and this time would not connect to the network via matter enabled. I tried to set it up using the app however you must register an account. The confirmation email never arrived so was unable to use the app to set it up. So now I have a light on a switch that changes 3 colors when I turn the light on
