setting up is so complicated, i bought 2 pcs but wasnt able to use them both

The setting is too much diffcult and I can not use it. I will return it.

It was a waste of money. The app itself was confusing and it would never connect.

Doesnt work. Cant set it up bit its good brightness and coll it changes color just cant connect

I could not get this light bulb to connect to the phone with the app. It was something about a hub or something being necessary, anyway, whatever it was I did not have it and wasn't going to buy another piece of hardware to make it work, so I took them back. You will probably will get the ones I returned.

I worked with this "smart" bulb for over 2 hours and it absolutely won't connect. I have the Phillips Hue and Kasa bulbs that both work flawlessly. This is the worst bulb I have ever owned. No wonder it came free with a device. Oh.....and by the way....a device that it doesn't work with either. ZERO stars.

Won't work on our wifi for some reason. So check before you buy.

I bought one, it was on sale, but i was not able to connect it at all. It doesn’t show up on your wifi connection. Don’t waste your time and money.

Light bulb sometimes go off and on and slow to respond to changing brightness and color from your phone. Setup is easy since it's a matter enabled device but connection is very poor

I had to return it after trying for HOURS to connect to my Echo. It would flash like it was allowing connection, then Alexa couldn’t find it, so I got the plain bulb from Amazon and it connected within secs.

SCAM!!! I got these bulbs without ordering them! Had no idea why they were sent to me and had no idea what they were, and sett them aside. Wrapped the gifts that I bought from the app and gave them to my loved ones. Someone got 2 of the same, they took back my gift for an exchange, they were told that they had to have a light bulb to exchange with their product or have to pay $20 fee. This is a scam! For every return they get they are making $20. Something I never ordered, something I had no idea what it was. Will NEVER order on the app again. The employees were also very rude to my loved one trying to exchange the gift I got them!! Because they didn’t have some kind of “light bulb” that I never even agreed to have delivered to my house. You guys are scammers

I wasted 2 hours setting up this and couldn’t after playing with all the riuter settings & alexa settings. Waste of time and money. I guess you get what you pay for

Sucks. Have to re install just about everyday. I have others that have no problem at all. It's a Sengled Bulb, with a third party app. Sucksl

Terrible experience very hard to connect. Never got it to work. I’ll stick with GE cync lightbulbs !!

After adding the lamp to the Google Home app, it does not connect, it only turns on with the electric switch like any other light bulb.

I've tried multiple times to connect device to Alexa and no luck. The ones that were previously paired frequently disconnect.

I got this free as part of a promo. I didn't ask for it. Then it didn't come at same time as the rest of my order. I returned what i ordered and didn't bring this because i ordered a lot that day and didn't know it came with 1 certain item. They wanted to charge me 20bucks so i said sure I'll return it later and get the 20 back. They said no it wont show as 20 so you wont get anything back. It made no sense and managers at best buy cant make decisions so dont even try to tell them how dumb something is. They just tell you the computer or system is that way. Not their fault.

It does not work well with Google home. After adding into device, it is showed offline in app. And never get connected.

I didn't like this bulb, I tried everything and could never get it connected or to work with the app.

Doesn’t deserve a star at all. It does not work unless you have an Alexa. It never connected to my Google home and I exchanged it twice.
