Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There's a little toothed washer on the cable that kept the it from being able to be connected all the way into the headphones. If you remove the washer, you remove the issue. Since the washer is part of the cable, I would think the warranty on the drivers should still be active. (I also got this solution from a customer who had the same problem and were told by Sennheiser support to remove the washer. I would doublecheck with their support regarding weather or not this would void the warranty) In terms of sound, perfect.
