    Horrible Customer Service

    The product itself would be fine if it was all there when I. Opened the box. Supposed to have two speakers and the Sonos Amp, but the Amp was missing. I ordered online and had it shipped to my house. The box had two layers of packaging tape on it so either someone previously returned it to the store after removing the Amp or delivery service opened it and removed the Amp then resealed it. I first tried returning it to the store but manager said I had to deal with customer service as I was honest and informed them the Amp was missing. First call customer service agreed to ship me a whole new setup with speakers and amp, and send me a return label for one I have that is missing the amp. I got the return label and shipped original purchase back, and on my account it showed they were shipping me a replacement. Then unexpectedly on my account it showed the replacement wasn’t available and it was cancelled. So I figured they would just credit me when they received they original with the missing Amp, so i went to local Best Buy and purchased a replacement so i could get it up and running for my big 4th of July party. Then on July 1st I received the original box back that I had returned saying they couldn’t accept the return because it was missing major components, which of course was the Amp. I’ve called The so called Customer Service several more times and continue to just get nowhere, they tell me they will review then just end up getting email saying can’t return as major component is missing. This was not a cheap purchase as I spent $999.00 and I deserve credit. They are implying I opened the box and stole the Amp, so why would I go to store and purchase a replacement speaker/amp setup again. Very frustrated as this has been going on for a month now.

    Trash. One of the speakers blew within a year and I could get neither Sonos or Best Buy to honor the Sonos "2-year warranty. Wouldn't purchase again as this is very expensive. Speakers were never pushed more than 70% volume on the Sonos Amp.

    Tweeter stopped working after 1.5 years

    I purchased these in spring 2021. The install went well. The Sonos Amp works great, but I already have to replace the speakers as the tweeter in one of the speakers does not output any sound. I assume it is a crossover problem. I was expecting much more from such a premium brand sold via Magnolia. The 1 year warranty seems very light for such a premium and costly item.

    Had bought this system the day after Christmas. I was just into the beginning of build a new house and had taken the unopened box to my builder. They keep it under lock and key for me until they were at the point to be able to install this system on my porch. When opening the box that was sealed we quickly found out that the speakers were packed inside but no amp!!!! This is a problem because i am months into the purchase of this product that family and friends have it it sounds great but i am out of the ability to use due to unfortunately Sonance not packing an amp! Has anyone had similar issue? I called Best Buy customer care and they said unfortunately since its months out there is nothing they can do, but to check with the manager from the Best Buy store purchased from. Not happy that i spent the money for not being able to use.

    Stay away from this brand Best Buy don’t offer the extended warranty even when you pay for I decided to buy the warranty when on my first time trying the speakers one of them the tweeter wasn’t working and I get a second pair hopefully they work the sound is good but Best Buy don’t offer the warranty and that is bad cause that mean there is. Not business for Best Buy making money when they charge you for the warranty cause probably they don’t last the warranty Best Buy offer besides that the sonos warranty is just for one year for so expensive system move to Bose they offer 5 years warranty Best Buy for you

    I never even heard them. The app is so bad it would never connect the hub to the speakers. I spent 3 days (no lie) literally 4-5 hours straight waiting on someone to take me off hold. I would call and just do other things while phone was on hold. You can Google or app store about the app and see that they have major issues with the app. I am so happy i did not hang the speakers and set everything up and then try to use the system

    I purchased a sound system for my store. I paid for it in full upon purchase. They scheduled me for installation after one month. When they came, two hours late, they said that the drilling will cause a debris and they left. Apparently they were not in the mood to work. I am waiting for the rescheduled appointment for installation.

    Bought for new home that was being built. I just installed a couple of days ago and the amplifier work. Even though I never opened until now I cannot return it due to being outside return days.

    The product I purchased is stereo and installation. For the second year in the row it has been an absolute nightmare. In 2020 I purchased outdoor stereo system and a installation package only for best buy installation to deny installation forcing me to return everything. In 2021, I purchased speakers to be attached to my house to make installation easier and I was sold the installation package again. Geek squad showed up an looked for any reason not to install. installation did not occur and sales man will not call me back. Everything will have to be returned again and I will have to get merchandise and installation from someone else. NIGHTMARE! Stereo is prob fine but best buy install service is horrendous.

    Purchased these last fall. Used only a few times. Went to go use it, and one of the speakers does not work. One day past purchase date warranty no support from either Best Buy or Sonance. Save your money don’t spend money on this brand.

    First time use was great!! Next time i tried to use the system one speaker is muffled and the other is blown! Definitely do not recommend this speaker set. I would say buy just the amp and purchse reputable speakers!

    Bought this item and after seven days one of the speakers blew. Unbelievable, that this would happen after spending the amount of money spent.

    Speaker blew and replaced under warranty. Speaker blew again and no help from Best Buy. Speakers are very expensive with limited warranty. I woukd not buy Sonos from Best Buy. No way country music should be blowing these speakers out.

    I purchased last year model and used them for one summer and sounded good. I went to turn them on to listen to music while I cleaned up the pool and yard, to get ready for the summer and one of them was not working. Changed the placement of the speakers to see if it was the wires, but the same speaker was still not working. So that could only mean it was the speaker. I called Best Buy and explained everything to them. They sent out someone to " trouble shoot " the problem. The guy came, and I told him what I had already done. He had me turn them on. Then he proceeded to tell me that "it sounded like it was blown." Thanks captain obvious. He that it was just out of it's warranty so they couldn't do anything, but maybe the manufacturer would help. I call them and basically wasted my time and breath. They did nothing. Wasted money. Not worth it.
