||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shopping experience was perfect, the product unfortunately looked very used , not as described. We had to do a complete cleaning and refresh of the body. I would have wished a little more detail on the speaker’s condition. I most probably would have bought the new one as u have also dropped the price on them.

It sounds like you purchased a pair of open box speakers. In my experience, Best Buy would be more than willing to return the speakers if you are unhappy with your purchase.
