    Game mode does not work right it all shows 120hz at 4k even the game runing at 60 or 30. Then it sometimes it gets blurry in game mode. The brightness is good and color. Its not Worth the price tag thinking about going back to samsung s95c

      Thank you for the review and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. If power reset does not work, update the software of your TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

    Vibrant oled marred by panel uniformity issues

    The Sony A95L has vibrant colors thanks to it's 2nd generation qd-oled panel, best in class upscaling and motion processing, and can get very bright for an oled. Unfortunately the Sony A95L dark uniformity isn't clean. The panel exhibits vertical streaks near black. This is only an issue in darker scenes of movies and is only visible when you look for it but once you see it you will always see it. I exchanged this TV 3 times so far because of this issue and all 3 panels exhibited these vertical streaks near black. The 2nd panel was damaged and had a scratch on the screen. If Sony would put a pull off plastic screen on their master series TV's this could be avoided.

    Incredible picture but some audio sync issues

    As others have mentioned, the picture on this TV is incredible. There is an issue with syncing the audio when using AppleTV and HomePods via eArc as the Home Theatre speakers. In trying to research this issue, it has been mentioned that the Dolby ATMOS audio and the incredible picture processing are what is to blame. The reason I feel confident the issue is with the TV and not the AppleTV with HomePods is that when I use the AppleTV with HomePods via eArc on my XBR65X950G (a 4 year old Sony) the sound is in perfect sync with the picture. I hope that there is a software/firmware fix at some point in the future, but for now it makes it difficult to watch a movie/TV with Dolby ATMOS. I still recommend this TV because of the fantastic picture quality and that if you don’t use HomePods as your extra speakers, there is no issue with the sound.

    Paid to have Sony tv and soundbar installed and are overall pleased, with the exception of periodic ‘static sounds’ which is quickly fixed if we turn off/on television. Contacted Best Buy and were told that we had to work with manufacturer because we were past the 90-day ‘waranty’ of our installation (been about 95 days). We knew nothing of this 90-day policy and could not locate on receipt.

    Bad experience, so its back to LG for me,

    The picture was as bright and beautiful as promised, however, the TV was defective. Stopped turning on or off with Sony or Spectrum remotes. Could sometimes turn on with Google but usually she would say, “something went wrong, try again in a few seconds.” Felt like 2001 a Space Odyssey, “sorry Dave, I can’t do that…” Audio would pop while changing channels or inputs. I could go on…

    I’ve had several Sony televisions. The picture has always been very good. I have bought mostly Sony products hoping/expecting that they will “play well together.“ my set up is fairly simple: TV, sound bar, Blu-ray player and cable box. I expected the Sony remote to be able to handle that simple set up. The remote was so unstable I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get a universal remote programmed to run that routine system. What a disappointment.

    A built in antenna is advertised and doesn't work. There is no owners manual describing all the features available. Picture is excellent.

      To enjoy local channels from an antenna, make sure to connect an antenna to the TV. Once connected, run "Auto Program" to scan for available channels:

      1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select Channels & Inputs.
      3. Select Channels → Cable/Antenna
      4. Make sure that Antenna is selected for Signal Type.
      5. Select Auto Program.

      Note:
      -Auto Program may take a few minutes if there are many receivable channels.
      -The channels that appear vary depending on your region, and the type and placement of your antenna.
      -The FCC may direct your local broadcaster to change the frequencies they use. If you are having difficulty receiving channels, perform Auto-Program again.

    Looking for Multi Screen or Screen Sizing?

    Bought mine in September 2023. I decided on this one, because it is suppose to have Multi screen and screen sizing (for gaming). All my TV's (4 currently) are Sony. Contacted Sony 4 times and still nothing. Could have saved my money and kept playing on my A80K or A90K TV's. Feel like I am being lied to. Definitely would put this under false advertising. Not a happy customer. Next time I check the competition.

    Was not impressed with this tv, unit would go blank for a few seconds at random times. This problem persisted even after a factory reset. Ultimately exchanged unit for a different model tv
