I don't know what the problem is but the radio does not pick up the local stations. The CD works fine. The Bluetooth connection also works fine, It took a while to understand the controls but once the sequence of instructions was clear the receiver works well. I will be taking it in for Best Buy techs to look at and correct the radio problem.

Despite the item description online, you can NOT change the color of the illuminated display. It is blue. Forever. Otherwise a great product for the price, I try to stick with sony audio for my vehicles

It works well. I put it inside a VW beetle. If you want it completely flushed, it’s not gonna happen and if you want the radio to be played as well, it’ll be difficult because there is little room due to all the wires. I can only use Bluetooth and CD but no radio. It’s really difficult to put in. It works but not to its utmost potential.

A good value for the money. The sound is fine. The buttons surrounding the tuner knob are very small and not intuitive at all. How to turn the unit off and on is not obvious for instance.

In the Past, I have had Really good luck with Sony Audio equipment. I enjoy the quality of Sony Products, but I am pretty disappointed in this stereo. I used this stereo to replace an Older Sony GT570UP, which didn't have Bluetooth. Unfortunately used a newer wiring harness, Which was a bummer, and increased the installation time but should be expected. My bigger qualm is when I was getting everything put back together, I noticed an audible hum that fluctuated with engine RPM, and disappeared when the stereo was muted. It was also not present in the old stereo, ruling out a ground loop. The newer design is worse at filtering "dirty" alternator noise. Quite disappointed that the mid grade stereo doesn't have a noise filtering circuit. I will be buying a more upmarket stereo, and returning this unit. Which will hopefully have a better filtering circuit.

Bought this to replace a Sony stereo that had been in a car theft and the faceplate was gone. Thought it was the same but it was not. No color selection, no aux input, just usb. It was around the same price as the Mexico And I am on the road so I had to replace. I will keep it.

Awesome sounds. Not user friendly. Haven’t been able to figure the whole thing out yet. When I press the volume it can also change the station and other things and it’s a bit confusing to try and get back to just the volume again

Bought an open box that didn’t work. I guess that’s why it was returned the first time.

Purchased to replace 22 year old stereo in F150. Great sound, works okay, too many buttons to figure out and too confusing while driving.

Didn't sink with my mp3 player. It did with my phone, but I get complaints about sound when talking on the phone. The music from my mp3 (played with wire hook up) sounds great.

Haven't had a chance to listen to it since the installation was postponed due to the virus. Gave average review only because the installation was not completed yet.

Not Best Buy’s fault but this head unit was difficult to learn compared to some other head units I had. Overall not bad but if I had to do it over I’d look for a different one.

Perhaps I had gotten a defective model, but the “albums” feature wouldn’t work with my iPod. I asked installers to help figure it out (in case it was me), but they couldn’t make it work either. I verified my iPod was compatible, but still wouldn’t work. While waiting for next appointment to install new head unit, this did play nicely.

It did not have 4 rca's for front and back left and right. I was disappointed as a sony model I own 4 years older still seems to crush this model I was also settling for less rms per channel compared to my older model. Anyway between those 2 things it was not for me. I could see this being suitable for a pickup with no extended cab.

It's ok. But far to complicated for the average person. Good sound.

My OEM radio went out and I bought this to replace it. People told me that modern radio units sounded better than my old radio unit, even the affordable ones. I like that it has a CD player, but the sound quality was a downgrade.

I believe that the product is good but can't tell as I have not been able to install it as not all best buy installation departments are open. Purchasing the car radio through BB gives one free installation at BB, but can't get any scheduled less than an hours drive away.

Good radio for quick install. Like the Bluetooth feature.

It looks nice, however all Best Buy did was install it, and played a CD, I had to buy magnifying glass to read instructions on how to set clock and still have trouble playing radio.
