    Misleading Warranty Info

    I don't recommend Soundcore by Anker earbuds because of their poor customer service and dishonest warranty information of 12-18 months!! My earbuds worked for only 7 months!! They won't pair, charge, or even reset anymore, but the Soundcore/Anker customer service not only lied that the warranty expired 3 months ago but also refused to provide any real support!!!

    Comparability Issue With Siri (iPhone 14 Pro Max)

    I have Soundcore Life P3 almost 2 yrs now. Successfully used it with iPhone 12 Pro Max and now the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I bought this for my wife’s iPhone 14 Pro Max and it’s having issues with Siri. Quite strange. Eventually had to return and go with an Apple AirPod.

    I bought this product. Used it twice. Then the right earbud failed.  The company would not stand behind its product and Best Buy never offered an extended warranty.. I will never buy from Anker again.
