Great Subwoofer Horrible Best Buy Return Policy

It changed my Totem Forest speakers from great to giant killer. And the app to tune the subwoofer is very convenient as it allows you to tune from your listening position. The problem is BEST BUY’S return policy. SVS has a 45 day in home trial policy. I barely got to three weeks and got a notice it was non-returnable. This is probably a glitch and SVS would have honored, but it was bad on BB part to have a policy less than the manufacturer.

A great addition to a growing sound system

Easy set up and the app makes changes so easy. Seamlessly integrated into my system within minutes.
