    Do not buy this tv!!!!! I bought this TV in December and by February. It already broke the HDMI’s don’t work. I can’t connect anything to the TV and now the sound is gone out on the fire stick home screen and now when I turn it off, it gives me a bunch of green lines and a bunch of other stuff. I called Best Buy to tell them and they told me it’s out of their 15 day window or 30 day window so now I have to deal with the manufacturer. I think this is extremely poor customer service on Best Buy’s part.

    Do not buy this tv it is not 4K it is 1080P FHD

    The tv is not a good purchase there is barely any color or qaulity i have a sony tv from 2007 thats beats this by far and its not even "4K" but it upset me that this one says that and its not so i went and looked at 4K tvs tried the same game i play on my freinds tv and his is 4K and this one aint even half way good of qaulity as his jus dont buy this tv

    Yikes, amazon …

    I bought this product to replace a 55” TCL TV but with Roku as the operating system rather than Amazon. I liked my previous TV so much that I decided to just get the bigger version. I was extremely disappointed by the Amazon aspect of this TV. It seems to have a vendetta against Disney+ when used on the TV’s app. Disney branded shows/movies will not load. Hulu branded content THROUGH the Disney app works fine. Disney works perfectly when using my PS5’s Disney app via this tv though. Other apps close in the middle of the program and take me back to the Home Screen where I am bombarded with ad after ad after ad. It is infuriating. I have adjusted every setting that the professionals at BestBuy AND amazon recommend. Nothing helps. I hate that my TV is the pushy salesman that everyone tries to avoid. I miss the modest simplicity of my old TV. I didnt spend much on this TV, but what I did spend was a complete waste.

    Worst TV I've ever purchased. Save your money and buy something else. I've owned this TV now for almost two months and it is horrible. To be fair, the picture quality and sound are decent. The problems are with the main board. It takes forever to load the apps. Then. when I try and play the shows/movies, it won't load them. I have two other (older) TVs in the house (Samsung and Vizio) and they're fine. It's been like this since I bought it. I often have to turn it off and on several times to get it to load shows. Never again!!! Time to throw this away and purchase go back to Samsung or Vizio.

    Don't buy. Sound and Static proplem.

    I have owned many televisions and many brands. This TCL is the worst. I bought it in December after the return period was over I experienced static over the speakers. Loud, crackling static. After finally reaching a customer service person at TCL, (it's difficult to get past AI) I was told I need to do a hard reset with the power. I did not and it fixed the problem, at least temporarily. Now about every two, the static returns and I have to do a hard reset with the power. I have NEVER had a television that required a power reset and certainly not every 10 days to 2 weeks. Read the other one star reviews. Don't buy this brand.

    Dont waste your money!!

    I bought this tv on April 12th. Just 3 months later, the picture is all messed up. It is scrambled and flashes different colors at the bottom of the screen. It’s still sitting in the same spot since the day we got it. Has not been damaged at all. Ive tried resetting the tv. STILL MESSED UP….

    Terrible Glitchy

    The TV seems simple enough, but there are so many quirks it does to mention. I use captions on a app and every time I open the app the language is different. If I turn off the sound bar whatever app I'm on closing and brings me to main menu. It loses connectivity. (Not by my fault, had equipment tested). Just to many things I don't like versus like. The Alexa is glitchy. You'll ask for one thing and she'll say she can't do that, but the TV won't be on and I'll ask Alexa a question about a movie and she'll turn the TV to the movie.

    This TV looks good initially. It’s nice and light. Unfortunately, it is a lemon. It lags almost a second half when you push a button and by that time some applications close. The sound is horrible. Right now I can’t watch the TV because the sound has been messed up.

    69 days after purchase, sounds starts making a very loud static noise. Literally 9 days after the 60 days return policy but oh wait, we have the protection plan. What a croc! Contact BestBuy only to tell you to contact the manufacturer and will not work with you. Frustration is an understatement and I will be complaining anywhere and everywhere starting with BBB. Save yourself and do not buy this brand and probably shop at an entirely different department store.

    Never had a problem with TCL until I got this tv. Blacklight and screen went black after a month of using it. Save your money and get something better. Also geek squad won't work with this tv. They'll make you go through the manufacturer so if you do get this tv don't get a protection plan.

    Horrible smart tv, don’t waste your hard earned $

    This tv is horrible. Save your money. It completely logs out of apps mid show. The TV’ response to the remote is delayed by 3 seconds. Good luck trying to scroll to get to your app or raise the volume. You’ll need to count how many times you click left or right so you can land on the right icon. My 10 year old tv’s response was better.

    The picture is fine, size to price is great, but the speed at which this TV moves is incredibly slow. It often will forget where it’s going and revert to the home screen. I wish more reviews shared this feedback since I could have bought something else. Save yourself a headache buy a TV with better processing power.

    Fire tv is not a good OS or at least not as good as Roku. The tv started to lose wifi connection after just two weeks. The navigation is very weird and the voice doesnt work well.

    Very frustrating TV. The processor is SOOOO slow! I even purchased a high end ethernet cable and went directly into my router and it didn't help at all. I would NOT buy this TV. Best Buy should not continue selling it. I am stuck and not happy with this purchase.

    Accessibility Option malfunctions

    The TV was what I wanted and needed, HOWEVER it is malfunctioning by not allowing you to take the “ENGLISH (AD)” selection off. So everything that you watch you have to pause and manually remove this option. I have googled and researched how to take it off but nothing works. I would have took it back but i had professionals install it on the wall and it be a hassle
