    We purchased this TV back in December and just now we are having issues with glitches. We have to unplug it for a couple of minutes in order for it to stop glitching.

    I’ve had this tv for 5 weeks almost 6 and it has had speaker issues where the sound coming from the tv it’s all static (2 times) and the picture on it also goes in and out also (2times) I’m going to try and replace it and hope the next one works

    Looks good light weight but….

    But got green screen in less than a week✋ the hassle of installing and returning is hours and just to get a different brand. I don’t think these will stand the test of time. Glad it malfunctioned in 1st week

    Wifi wont connect.

    You get what you pay for, but it wont connect to the internet, so any "Smart" functions are rendered useless. This, despite being 10 feet from the wifi router. Also sound is less than ideal. Picture quality is fine.

    Purchased TV 11-24-2024; connected everything the next day including the soundbar; 5 1/2 days later NO SOUNDBAR. only sound through the TV speakers: spoke with 4 different tech, one each day for next four days until final tech advised to take it back to the store for a refund; which is what I did. Nice picture, but I would not recommend this product or its support team.

    great picture, terrible sound, but most of all it has a very slow processor. It takes a couple minutes to boot up and get to antenna channels. Seem kind of flakey when switching channels in the guide

    This tv only lasted a week, then one day I day I come back from work and the tv has a line on the side… they are made very delicate product to have.. other then that the picture is amazing

    Picture quality is fantastic. However, the software feels very, very slow. Feels like it can take a lot of time to boot up and navigate the home screen. It can take what feels like a very long time to switch inputs. At times, the sound will not switch between inputs.

    Switching on this TV is frustrating as we have to wait 30+ seconds while TV is "loading....." Good quality picture but the sound is horrible and tinny. Make sure you have an external sound system for this TV. Good value for size but the old adage is true here - you get what you pay for!!

    Refrigerator

    Delivery was not made as intitially scheduled. When the refrigerator was eventually delivered, the crew delivered it through the front of the building instead of the rear, and they cracked one of the stair railing spindles in the hallway.

    TV was on sale. Display was fuzzy. Didnt like the remote or home screen menus. Also lacks the ability to adjust scrren ratio aspects as on other tv brands. Returned item for another brand. Would not buy again. Would notvrecommend the brand.

    100% Buyers Remorse

    I feel like this TV is cheap. It’s bargain basement picture quality. I do not like the interface. It's full of glitches and everything is delayed. Should’ve returned it immediately like I wanted to. Now I’m stuck with it. I’m even thinking of going back to my 55 inch LG.

    Regret TCL Purchase

    This TV constantly goes back to home screen regardless of turning off all automatic stopping. It stops while we're watching something for 5 minutes sometimes 10 minutes we never know what it will do. We've tried every suggestion to stop this from happening. Wishing we had not bought this TV.

    TCL 65 " is nice size. T V is sub standard gets blurry pixel issues. I've only had 2 month and very dissappinted.

    Bought a TCL in Nov 2022 it just went out the screen is black will not show picture i contact tcl they say they cant fix or help me out i should contact place where i got it from. I never bought a TV where it broke in 2 years.
