    Decent start but HUGE fail 10 minutes in

    Complete results are at bottom. I wish we would have tried to use before the return window ran out. (Purchased December 2024, first use March 21, 2025). It was SUPPOSED to make cleaning the floor easier. First time, used water only - auto setting, and it got part of the floor cleaner no doubt. It used a small enough amount of water to allow it to dry pretty fast. I stopped after 10minutes and 15% drop on battery to examine contents, dump and continue. Dirty water for sure, but any time you add water to dry vacuuming, it's going to make the water dirty in the tank. 2nd round, about 10 seconds in it starts dumping water at the front and no water is going into the uptake tank. I removed both reservoirs and reinserted - no change. I don't see a plugged hole enroute to the uptake tank. It just keeps dumping water all over. If there is something I did wrong, the it was not an intuitively easy experience. I had back surgery a year ago, still not right, and now I had to get on my hands and knees and clean up the mess this thing made. It literally made much MORE work for me. I will contact the manufacturer, but first time use should go smoothly when the consumer follows the instructions....otherwise it's not ready for primetime.

    They break down

    Make sure you know their policy for poor quality, works well and does the job but breaks down in short time, mine ran completely out In reparable in just 2 yrs and 1 month ( 1 montgs after warranty ran out) and tineco only offered 10% curstasy on full price replacement item , customer service is a joke , 450$ device just for 2 years of service, make sure you know they dont last for long for this price tag

    I love my Tineco. It makes cleaning up any mess a snap! Liquid or solid, no job is too much for this machine to handle. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!!!
