    For starters the turtle beach recon 200 headset feels great on the head, but it does have a lot a flaws for the price that was paid. when i first brought the headset it looked nice for the price but the moment i used them and started talking online with friends the headset had a lot of echo even if i adjusted and turned the volume down it echoed a bunch. the mic would barely be able to pick up my voice even when i was talking at a normal tone, and every time i would move my body/head the headset would squeek as if it was being moved a lot, and recently like 2 days ago i went to take my headset off and sit it down on my desk and when i went to carefully pick them back up and put them on, the right side of the headset snapped and started dangling

    Bought to use with my xbox, the mic is too short and my friends will randomly get feed back echo from me. The headset also fits a little too tight even after adjusting. Fyi you get what you pay for. Id recommend going for a higher tier headset and save urself the troubles

    Sound is good but the structure broke with in a few months of purchase. Ive been using themnwith duck tape on them more than i did without it. Cheaply made

    For controllers it messes with audio when plugged in once in a while. Either static through mic or static through audio. Other than that great headphones if you want it really loud or adjustable.

    This headset has pretty good sound quality but the mic echo is awful. Me and my boyfriend both got a set at the same time and when we talk to each other we have to turn the volume almost all of the way down to keep the mic from picking up the sound. I can even hear his gameplay. I do not recommend

    They are comfortable is about all I can say is great. I bought these so I didn't disturb others while playing but the game audio is horribly low no matter what setting. I haven't even tried the mic out yet and don't plan to. I am currently shopping for a better set.

    The Turtle Beaches hearing quality is excellent, however all of my friends told me I was echoing after checking all of my ports to insure they were on the right mode and plugged in all the way!

    It’s a headset, and it works. Wasn’t a fan that being wireless you still have to plug into the controller though. Battery is okay but not great and the Mic isn’t much better, I don’t get allot of positive feedback on the volume others hear me.(and it’s not a settings problem) I feel in general turtle beach is not what they used to be and I think this will be my last headset from them.

      Thanks for your feedback. The Recon 200 is a wired, powered headset; and can only function with its cable connected to a device & its battery has been charged. The headset is powered in order to allow several of its features (ex. Built In Mic Monitor) to work properly.

      We're not sure what you mean when you refer to the headset as a wireless device. With that being said, our Support Team would be happy to assist you with some troubleshooting to clear up the inconveniences you're having.     This didn't work for my computer, since my front audio port is a single 3.5mm jack. However, the cord is so short that you can't barely move. Even if I plugged it into a controller i doubt I'd have had much flexibility in sitting comfortably.

    Hard to explain why im not a fan of these. Noice cancelling is decent but the treble seems high which makes for difficult to hear at medium to high volume.
