    Good Fit, Decent Sound, But Unreliable Connection

    I recently tried out the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Wireless Gaming Headset, and I wanted to compare it to the Arctis Nova 5 Wireless Headset that I reviewed earlier. Here are my thoughts after using it: Pros: *Larger Ear Cups: The ear cups on this headset are bigger and fully cover my ears, providing a more comfortable fit compared to the Arctis Nova 5. *Decent Sound Quality: The sound quality is decent, with a bit more emphasis on bass, but still well-rounded for a good gaming experience. *Adjustable Ear Cup Height: The ear cup height is adjustable, which is nice for finding the right fit. Cons: *Poor Mic Quality: The mic quality is not as good as the Arctis Nova 5. It’s a noticeable downgrade. *Side Tone Monitoring: The side tone monitoring isn’t great. You have to raise the monitoring volume to at least 80% or higher to hear yourself well. *Clamping Force: Without the elastic headband, there's more clamping force, making it a bit less comfortable over long periods. *Unreliable Wireless Connection: The main issue that made me return this headset was the unreliable wireless connection. Whenever I started talking or recording, the audio would disconnect. I had to switch audio sources or push the quick switch button to get it working again. Sometimes, I even had to unplug and replug the USB dongle. *Software Issues: Despite updating the software and headset to the latest version, these issues persisted. It might be a problem with the Xbox dongle versus the PC version, but I had to return the headset because of these problems. Overall, while the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 has some good features, the poor mic quality and unreliable wireless connection were deal breakers for me. TL;DR Pros: 1. Larger ear cups that fully cover the ears. 2. Decent sound quality with a good bass emphasis. 3. Adjustable ear cup height for a better fit. Cons: 1. Poor mic quality compared to the Arctis Nova 5. 2. Side tone monitoring requires high volume to be effective. 3. Increased clamping force due to lack of an elastic headband. 4. Unreliable wireless connection causing frequent audio disconnections. 5. Persistent software issues despite updates.

    A bit complicated to use and doesn’t always connect to Xbox audio properly. App half works on android and glitches. Build quality is not great, ear pad foam is already coming off.

    constantly disconnects from pc ..... tried drivers firmware updates ... nothing work. useless as a headset.

    Needs a recall

    Do NOT buy…….while they are comfy and sound decent, the transmitter that comes with it to work on consoles and pc is bad and needs a recall. Turtle beach tried patching it with a firmware update and it did nothing. The transmitter is constantly losing connection to the headset and also tripping my brand new ps5 pro. There has to be faulty components not just in mine but in many others with the same issue. The Bluetooth works perfect for phones and on pc but if you need to use the dongle, beware that I may break your system or pc and not work. It’s terrible and I will return this week.
