A bit pricey but thats the price for good quality sound. Design is ok. I findbthe buttons a bit hard to find if you have it on your head. Only works connected directly to the console. Itdoes not work if connected via a usb hub even though the headset will say that it is synched. The console will show that the headset is connected, but there will be no sound whatsoever.

Complete waste of money, have to turn off/on 5-10 times just to get the thing to connect. Not sure why the BestBuy representative at the store told me “these are the best ones to buy” considering how poor my experience has been with this and a PS5. JUST MAKE SOMETHING THAT WILL CONNECT PROPERLY AND NOT CAUSE ME TO WASTE AN HOUR JUST TRYING TO GET THE THING TO WORK!

I love the build quality and materials used to make the headset. It's very comfortable especially for an over the ear type of headset. I love the sound. I realized i pick up more sounds than my friends ps5 brand headphones in games especially in fps games. Footsteps are a bit crisper and overall sound is just awesome. Battery life is also amazing. I've had the headset for almost 2 weeks now and i game almost every day between 3-6 hours and its battery is barely on 50%. Now the cons, one con i ran into is the range isn't like the previous model. With the previous model i was able to go downstairs and get me a snack while still talking to my friends. But this headset is alright in that category. Another thing is a couple days ago. I ran into a problem where for some reason it just wouldn't connect to my ps5. So like anyone else i just turned them off and turned them back on. Nothing. Unplugged the usb from the system and plugged it back in and turned on the headset again. And nothing. It only worked when i turned off my ps5, took out the usb, and the turned off the headset, then turned my ps5 back on. Logged in, connected the usb, and then turned on the headset. Only for the headset to sound like its been under watter and crackling. Turned it off and turned it back on again. And completely fine. Another con is that you have to use an app to customize your sound output. Another thing is the volume rocker doesn't have a stop on it. So you can keep scrolling the volume rocker up and it wont stop. Itll keep beeping at you saying you're at max volume. But you can still mess with it. Thise cons are what made me not give it a 5 star. But they are real azimg headphones. I would definitely buy them again in the future or as a gift for a family member or a friend.

Sound is fine but it was a connectivity headache until it finally broke at the earpiece. To start, it sounds fine. It sounds like any midrange headset out there. Now to the bad. It constantly cuts out unless it has a line of sight to the usb dongle in the PS5 or XSX. I can't lay down and play with it because the signal goes through my body and that interferes. So I have to prop my head up so the antenna (the strap around the top of my head) can get a good signal. I got used to that. 2 weeks ago, I had them lying on the couch and I was on my PC and I heard a crack. I noticed the plastic that connects the headstrap to the earpiece was cracked. I put them on and it got worse until it was finally dangling by the wire inside. I used plastic glue and gorilla tape and it kept the pieces connected but they were still too flexible. The plastic housing is thin thin. I would not expect this thin level of plastic on a midrange headset. This is like the plastic you'd get with one of those "OOVO" knockoff brands from Amazon. I went on Reddit and found multiple posts about this topic. They all had the same breakage at the same point, which tells me it's a design flaw that Turtle Beach must know about since they have a social media team. So they knew this headset has a high potential to break right after the warranty period, which is ok with them because it gets people to buy a replacement. It's the Apple strategy. I'm getting another brand that uses a metal frame.

I have used a lot gamming headphone and this might be the best i feel to get in terms of sound quailty on sale. There is a problem I have with it where it always take a while to conncet to my playstation. Sometime i have to even trun them off and on again a couple of times to fix the issue

Great sound, the cooling gel is clutch for me, my head gets very hot with most headsets and I am not aware of another with the gel. Cons are sometimes there are powering on issues or not connecting without powering off and on. However, I own two of these and both are reliable most of the time. Chat is crystal clear and sound is terrific for FPS/Footsteps. Good value in a confusing array of too many options for wireless headsets.

Very good audio quality however there are some commectivity issues. Tends to disconnect if you are too far away or something obstructs signal. Took some time for it to settle in and work.mpre consistently.

Sounds great when it works. First pair bricked itself in a week. Wouldn't turn on, worked with support with no luck. Had to exchange them, thankfully was within the return/exchange period. Second pair so far has been working though I've had issues not being able to get sound to come through when using the dongle on ps5 periodically. For the price of the headset it should be problem free. Given a do over I would likely go with something else.

Good quality but for some reason my second pair cuts in and out and statics here and there

I bought these headphones years ago and they were great while they lasted. Recently i had to buy new ones cuz the band cracked. I’m not kidding when i say that every time I tried buying one, there was always a problem with every pair; didn’t pair with the console, couldn’t adjust volume, didn’t turn on at all. Would be great, If you ever find a pair that actually work that is. Otherwise a complete waste of time.

Sound quality good. Connection to device could be better.

I purchased this product for MW2 on PS5. and enjoyed every minute of it—until i needed to charge the unit. For whatever reason I couldn’t get the unit to charge. I returned the product for another unit thinking it was just a fluke, but the new unit wouldn’t pair/be recognized my our PS5. Then again, I returned the unit and ended up purxhasing rhr Astra A50 and I’ve haven’t had an issue since then. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience than i did. Happy hunting!

sometimes it has a difficult time connecting to system

It was working perfect it sounds great but all the sudden it doesnt stay connected to the reciever at all or if it is connected no sound comes out i have to keep unplugging and replugging it

Maybe its just the one i got but, connectivity issues were ranpant from the box, it worked 30 percent of the time , sound was amazing and sound quality was too, but thats only when it worked, wired its amazing, byt its bluetooth was almost non existant

I have paid way too much money for this headset to have to turn it on and off 4 times before it will actually connect and play sound from my PS5. I have gone through trouble shooting and still have this issue. BUYERS BEWARE.

Big fan of turtle beach. But these definitely make it so complicated trying to connect to my ps5. They cut off here and there. Good if you tend to sweat a bit here and there, but overall I would stick with the original ps5 headset.

Works great sounds great. Just keep in mind that sometimes it loses connection to the PlayStation five and there’s gonna be a lot of static. But overall the headset is fantastic.

Absolutely horrible never buy this they just stopped working after 2 months. I dont throw them, drop them, leave them on for hours. I use them normally and it just stopped being responsive. won't turn on buttons dont work.

Very poor. doesn't connect. if it does and works for a little while. if you go to far it disconnects and won't connect. overall DO not BUY this headset. go with the arctis nova 7s. in the PC section
