BEAUTIFUL SOUND! BUT CHEAP PLASTIC

Less than a year and the right ear piece snapped. From the picture you can tell they were well taken care of (I am a mature adult). Couldn't bring myself to buy another set at that price point. I found another set that sound good, but not quite as good as the TB set, but the quality is much better. I'm honestly disappointed, cause they sounded great.

Hot garbage.

Hinges above the ears have zero reinforcement in them. Flimsy over priced garbage. And i dont have a huge head. I still have ps3 headsets intact.

DO NOT BUY!

Not sure why the BestBuy representative at the store told me “these are the best ones to buy” considering how poor my experience has been with this and a PS5. JUST MAKE SOMETHING THAT WILL CONNECT PROPERLY AND NOT CAUSE ME TO WASTE AN HOUR JUST TRYING TO GET THE THING TO WORK!

BEST BUY GETTING WORSE

Junk don’t buy

Absolutely worthless might as well have a wire with this set.

Almost two years old, ultimate fail

Not yet two years old, fist left side cracks and breaks where head band met the swivel. Held together with zip ties, I chalked it up to bad luck. Today, the right side breaks, exact mirror, so no not bad luck, it's definitely a design flaw. Now completely unusable, and I'm certain i won't buy any turtle beach again.

Cheap Plastic

This is second pair of Turtle Beach headsets that fails in the same location. I purchased this more expensive version thinking it would last longer than 14 months. I am not a kid that mishandles my headsets. Support just says sorry you are out of warranty.

Not worth the headache...

They all broke at the same spot.. just not worth the money to break so easily. Sound quality is good but not great. Better off just buying xbox version headphone....

These sound horrible, the sidetone is robotic

I returned these in about 2 hours its unusable. The sidetone is ridiculously bad, you sound like a robot and after about 10 minutes it gave me a headache. They fit very tight and bevome uncomfortable very quickly. The sound is constantly cutting in and out. Firware is all updated so its a quality issue. Dont waste your money on these, they are worth $30 max

Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while. The "Side-Tone" feature is known as Mic-Monitoring, and can be adjusted or even turned off. Skip the 700’s get the 600s or stealth pros

The power button would either not cut the headset off or on depending on which one. I returned 3 different pair before just giving up on Turtle beach. They used to be a great brand but they’ve just fallen off. I opted for steelseries nova pro’s and it’s been the best thing I’ve done. Not a single issue either

Poor Transmitter/ Wireless Capability

Stopped working in less than a month

Attempted to return or exchange it but apparently you need to return it in 2 weeks unless you have a special membership. This is not something i can recommend in good faith.

Never buy

I dont throw them, drop them, leave them on for hours. I use them normally and it just stopped being responsive. won't turn on buttons dont work.
