    Ok headphone support sucks from turtle beach

    For the money there is not much good to say. The good part is the headphones are comfortable with your glasses the sound is pretty decent Now for the bad. The headphones drop in the middle of the game not sure why. Contacted turtle beach and they never got back to me with a solution. The static is horrible. If you are 10 feet away the sound cuts out. The headphones sound way better in the store then at home not sure why. I always GWE trouble with turtle beach especially the support. I would AVOID

    Sound quality and battery life is excellent. The quality and durability is not great broke no less than a year and seems to be a common issue reading threads about this model.

    Broke in the same spot on me as with multiple peop

    Sound is fine but it was a connectivity headache until it finally broke at the earpiece. To start, it sounds fine. It sounds like any midrange headset out there. Now to the bad. It constantly cuts out unless it has a line of sight to the usb dongle in the PS5 or XSX. I can't lay down and play with it because the signal goes through my body and that interferes. So I have to prop my head up so the antenna (the strap around the top of my head) can get a good signal. I got used to that. 2 weeks ago, I had them lying on the couch and I was on my PC and I heard a crack. I noticed the plastic that connects the headstrap to the earpiece was cracked. I put them on and it got worse until it was finally dangling by the wire inside. I used plastic glue and gorilla tape and it kept the pieces connected but they were still too flexible. The plastic housing is thin thin. I would not expect this thin level of plastic on a midrange headset. This is like the plastic you'd get with one of those "OOVO" knockoff brands from Amazon. I went on Reddit and found multiple posts about this topic. They all had the same breakage at the same point, which tells me it's a design flaw that Turtle Beach must know about since they have a social media team. So they knew this headset has a high potential to break right after the warranty period, which is ok with them because it gets people to buy a replacement. It's the Apple strategy. I'm getting another brand that uses a metal frame.

    Broke after 6 months,Never abused

    In first 3 months volume broke and then the left ear cuff broke off. I noticed it was not fitting right by being loose and then broke the next day; Terrible design, see photo. Too expensive to break. What annoyed me was even though you connected to your phone, it would always mention "connecting" to my PC repeatedly when I walk by my PC in bluetooth range.

    Great color. The sound quality is good, but it feels like a vice grip on my head. I have a small head and really didn’t think it would be a problem, but it gives me awful headaches. Thought it would loosen up, but it hasn’t. Of course the return window closed before coming to this conclusion. Really disappointed.

    I purchased this headset for a specific reason. To play on PS5 and be connected on my phone to speak with my Xbox friends in the xbox party. As far comfort level goes i would give it a 5 out of 5. Sound quality could be a little better for the price but still superior to some random headsets. This is where the functionality starts to fail, if i get a phone call or do anything else on my phone it will switch to a mode where i cant hear the game anymore. It was very frustrating trying to find the perfect audio balance after it switches from phone to PS5. Also the PC connection is a hit or miss. One day itll work great and another it might not connect at all. I would recommend this product specifically for PS5 players only and not my situation where i have multiple devices running.

    It was working perfect it sounds great but all the sudden it doesnt stay connected to the reciever at all or if it is connected no sound comes out i have to keep unplugging and replugging it

    Ive been loyal to turtle beach for a awhile now but this one didnt cut it for me. Too heavy and really tight. Even get a headache sometimes.

    Sound Quality is pretty god for the price point but they are not made for a person with a large head. Not a lot of flexibility for them to fit a wider head.

    The app connection function is cool, but the sound is so finicky. The Microphone is good quality, but everything else makes it not worth it. When I contacted turtle beach for tech support the just ignored me consistently.

    I have paid way too much money for this headset to have to turn it on and off 4 times before it will actually connect and play sound from my PS5. I have gone through trouble shooting and still have this issue. BUYERS BEWARE.

    Horrible headset. Disconnects at random times, a pain to reconnect, not a fair distance of connection. Disappointing considering Turtle Beach is such a good brand usually.

    Not Worth The Price

    I admit that because I'm on a Mac, that may have added to the issues I faced when I got this headset. The custom driver that comes with the USB dongle didn't work. I could not get the headphones to pair with the dongle. I could get them to pair directly to the computer over Bluetooth, but the experience was less than stellar. People in Teams meetings said they could not hear me. I returned these and bought some Logitechs for a lot less money. The Logitechs aren't perfect, but I can live with a couple of quirks for the money I saved.
