My son received this as a gift for Christmas. It just crapped out on him. Prior to that, the sound was also not very good from the built in speakers. Do not waste your money!

Bought in November for christmas day. Turntable does not spin no matter what setting auto stop is set on or off! Garbage and cheap plastic. Unreal.

I purchased this turntable for my son who was excited to listen to vinyl. I made the mistake of buying this inexpensive Victrola, what a disappointment! This turntable skips like crazy and there isnt any way to adjust the anti-skate or the tone arm. It sounds great when it works but boy does it skip. Some records work better than others, the thinner the better. The platter is not level which doesnt help the cause. Love the look but no point if it doesnt play. Im planning to return it and purchase something higher in quality.

The tracking force is way too light, skips grooves and makes it unusable. The speakers are also very poor quality. The platter does not support the entire record and causes wobbling.

My nephew is starting to get into vinyl. Bought this after doing a little research, for entry level or just casual vinyl players.. for someone starting out. Saw it had very mixed reviews but took the risk, for the money. An immediate problem arises, after my nephew tried it. It skips, and the speakers are just super thin sounding (kinda expected) Now we have to go through the trouble of returning it. Just spend atleast 100 for a true entry level player like Audio Technica, etc... i do not recommend this vinyl player

2 albums were purchased with this gift and they were both scratched. The record player skips easy and the bluetooth output isn't all that great.

I bought this for my son as a gift for his birthday along with a few records, long story short the player never worked. It skips and sounds like its ruining the record, complete waste of money.

Right out of the box, this took a minute or two to come on. We thought it was just because it was warming up and was new. The second time we turned it on, it never came up at all. There is absolutely no power, and we tried several different outlets. Our Christmas was delayed due to COVID, so the little girl who this was bought for, does not have a record player since it was beyond the 15-day return policy that Best Buy uses. Given the pandemic and the season, I am amazed that there is a return policy that short. We had opted to get the record player here just to give BB business instead of going right to Amazon. That will be the last time we make that mistake. This product was never really able to be used, and we can't take it back. So far, we have had a hassle just to get the appropriate information to Victrola as we are having to use the warranty. Additionally, we tried several times to reach Best Buy, and were on hold each time anywhere from 15 minutes to a half hour. Only on the last attempt did we even get someone to help us. At that point, it was too late to return it and we were basically told we were out of luck and to contact the company (Victrola). Never again.

It wobbled while playing and every record used skipped. Bought a Sony and the same records that skipped played perfectly.

The suitcase compact travel concept is great, but unfortunately the speed was way off on all RPMs... the 45 played too slow. Sound was okay for the size but no point in playing a record that doesn't sound as it should. I returned it and bought the Victrola Empire 6-in-1 Bluetooth Record Player. Cost more, but you get what you pay for.

This is the 2nd one we’ve purchased and returned because it skips on all records we try to play.

Item was purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband. It was to be delivered by Christmas Eve to NO avail so I had to make another purchase with another store. I was very disappointed but lucky to be able to find a similar item at the last minute.

Don't buy. Learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. This is ok and works great with some vinyls. Others it has periods of sounding awful, and come to learn, is probably ruining the vinyl. You need to pay at least $110-$150 for something decent. This was cheap and looks cute but not worth the money to pretty much be useless as it ruins your records.

Didn't work at all. Difficult to return. Return date ended before I could get to a Best Buy. I ordered by mail.

Stopped working on the 4th use. Very disappointed. Still working with victrola for a fix.

I was very upset because electric plug and jack were defective . This device just couldn’t work and I was very exited to use this turn table . So I had to return it. No stock , no more available.

It was fine for a few records but then it started to get stuck on one line. Now I cant play an entire side without it getting stuck. I played the same records using different turntables and they played perfectly.

Bought this thinking it would give me what I was looking for, then I realised breaking wind sounds better than this peice of hot garbage, would not reccomend this to any one, unless you like distorted records that sound like disturbing noises...

Sorry but this turntable didn't play very well. The stylus arm does not have a very good weight to stabilize the arm. My records are in very good condition near new and I have collector albums as well... I don't recommend this at all.
