Great price, easy set up. Volume not great, a lot of static on the line. (previous phones did not have this issue.)

I finally got my red Vtech home phone. After 9 years my i had to bury my silver Vtech. I really like it but the volume is not very loud and the base is very light so when you press play/delete it base moves. I need to have a landline so I'll keep it and the price I paid was great. I also wished it came with 3 phones instead of 2

The phone is nice..the volume could be a bit better. I like that its compact and can fit anywhere.

Great phone system, only negative thing I have to say is that, when the volume is turned all the up way, it's still hard to hear the person on the other line.

The phone has all the features you expect. The only minor issues I found with them is they are a little lightweight in the hand, the backlit is not bright enough for me and the volume could be a tad louder. At this price point it is a nice phone and look really nice in the red.

Everything works great on the phone it has a wall mount if you want to mount it to the wall only thing I do not like is that you can't turn the volume up more because it's hard to hear people sometimes

Nice phone for landline usage. Great having two phones. Love the color and good purchase price. The mfg could have integrated better sound and volume is limited

Loved the color... even though at first I thought I might get tired of red... good basic phone answering system... although the volume isn't as high as I would have hoped, because my husband is hard of hearing

The VTech Cordless Phone System seem very good, so far. Volume could be higher. Too early for a complete review.

It is what it is, does what it says it does. The only concern is that it doesn’t get loud enough for when someone is calling.

Love everything about this phone except, twice people have not been able to hear me on the other line...I think this Phone has a Small Problem with the Connection or the Volume while talking to outside Party. I tried it out but the Performance was not that Good, The Price is Good but you get what you paid for? So I Had to Return it back. Did not work for me.

Had to return this phone bcuz the volume was not very clear. Had static issues and the phone kept slipping off my hand when used. I didnt like the grip of this phone. I find it inconvenient and volume unclear.

Numbers and on off buttons are hard to see... the phones are to small and hard to hit the keys because the keys are to close. I do not care for the phone. Also the volume on high is not very loud. So if you are a elder I would not recommend this type of phone.

Purchased this to replace an aging VTEC system. LCD was too dim and could not get enough volume out of it for my bad ears. Returned it

This is not high tech but I really didn’t need that but over all it’s a good phone for what I paid . May options easy to use . The only down fall is the volume is not rally that loud and when I put it on speaker phone it doesn’t make it better. Not worth taking a star away though .

This is a middle of the road phone. It’s packed with pretty standard features like most phones. My only issue is that the volume could be a bit louder. I only wish Best Buy sold phones to add to the system.

I bought this phone for my mom for her Birthday.I hooked it up and she started having problems with Answering Machine going out,Then the volume keep getting lower and lower.

The volume is too low even on the highest point, sometimes its hard to hear the person who is calling

Its ok. Isn't that bright or loud...I never had a problem with vtec before...
