    We recently bought a gas range stove. Now with the holidays approaching we decided to use it and the oven glass is broken, shattered to pieces.

    Don’t buy this stove!!!

    This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. We purchased two of these Whirlpool ranges from Best Buy within the past year. The first one stopped working within 30 days, so we were able to return and replace it. However, the second unit failed after 45 days—just outside of Best Buy’s return window—leaving us stuck dealing with Whirlpool’s awful customer service. They assigned a repair company with only ONE technician for the entire island of Oahu. It took three weeks just for the first visit, and they showed up without any parts. Another three weeks later, they returned with the wrong part. Then, after yet another three weeks, the technician came back, only to tell us to call the gas company—despite the stove already being converted to propane. It’s now been over three months without a working stove, and we’re beyond frustrated.

    While the stovetop is fine, the oven will burn items on the lower shelves. I have a baking side hustle and I have to swap baked goods between the higher and lower shelves every few minutes. This loses valuable heat and time. Although I have My BestBuy Total and Whirlpool appliances are NOT included in this warranty, so one has to deal with Whirlpool itself. They told me the oven "is working as designed", and don't seem to understand that this is equal to "intention to produce crap and not help customers". Spend a bit more and get a better Whirlpool or - even better - stay away from this brand as the My BestBuy Total means zip.

    Worst customer service EVER!

    I would give ZERO if I could. This product was delivered without one of the racks. I contacted customer service (through the chat) to report that, and I was advised to visit a store to solve my problem. According to the agent, "If the rack is not available to your nearest store, our store team will check with the other store, and they will help you with that". But that was not the case. I went to the Rego Park store, and not only the manager (Ivana - there was no name tag, so I do not know if she gave me her real name) was rude, but she was also sarcastic when I asked to speak to the manager: "I am the manager". She did not assist me AT ALL. The solution she gave me was that she could send another RANGE to my place and told me that the agent who assisted me LIED to me. She gave me this option after I tried to show her the e-mail with the transcript. I've been a Best Buy customer for more than 16 years, and I've never been treated too badly like she treated me. Even my 12-year-old son felt ashamed of her behavior.

    Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy! They are the worst when it comes to customer services, Please avoid any products from them. And the customer support will never help you specifically on price matching after you buy from them. You have been warned! My mistake can save you a couple of hundred dollars!

    Poor quality control at factory. Missing plastic cover to protect gas valve from debris, door loose at hinge, bottom drawer missing screws, and fifth burner misaligned and top is attached in sane area. Still waiting for customer service to return my calls.

    I order this stove on Nov 17. I was told it would be delivered on Dec 3. On Dec 3 at 3pm. I received a call stating I wouldn't receive the item until December 21. However, when I go online to start a online order today it tells me it can be delivered by December 12. Something isn't right here. I won't order anything else from BEST BUY AGAIN!!
