    Not worth the money seems to be cheap and tinny. We went back to store and exchanged it for a Samsung for a little bit more but are very happy with it.

    A few warnings

    A few things to beware: We signed up for total tech for installation. Unfortunately you do not know the approx time of the installation until the evening before. And when they do notify you, they provide a five hour window. A rather frustrating process. Wish they could narrow the window or give an approx time a few days before, rather than the night before. The stove does not come with an anti-tipping part. We found out the hard way. Purchased this stove prior to a sale of a house. Stove was installed through Best Buy’s contractor and never was the anti-topping issue brought up or mentioned. The day after installation the home inspector identified the lack of an anti-tipping anchor as a safety hazard. We had to procure the part separately and wait for installation. Real hassle. All in all, wouldn’t purchase appliances from a big box store because you feel like an anonymous customer that they don’t care about.

    New Range - Bad Oven

    Bought "Open Stock" off the showroom floor. The oven wouldn't light. After contacting Whirlpool, they sent a service tech the next day who identified a bad valve, Had to order the valve. The service tech returned a week later to install the valve. Service tech believes this range was previously sold, returned because of non functional oven, not repaired, then resold.

    My stove was missing an oven rack ! I also was disappointed that my stove didn’t have the small grill that I saw on most other stoves!

    I had this stove for a week now and few problems I have is when I remove the grills to clean they scratch the stove , also there is a spot near the front burner that is starting to rust . I wanted to like this stove but now I’m returning it .

    No Racking for Oven

    This was delivered yesterday. It is missing all of the racking on the inside, the appliance department is closed and customer service is saying they cannot help!!!

    Not 100% happy with this stove, but it'll do. I don't like the heavy grates on the stove top, they are too difficult and cumbersome to move around to clean under, I also don't like the fact that there was NO broiler pans and it doesn't slide open like a drawer.

    Overheating issues
