Unhappy with Best Buy and Zephyr!

I received my Zephyr Bev. cooler, paid a lot to make sure that it would chill to 34 degrees. It didn't from the start, and after a week, didn't chill at all. Was informed by Best Buy that it was a warranty issue with Zephyr and wouldn't return or exchange it. Thanks a lot Best Buy...Waiting for a repair person, after 3 tries with Zephyr. Definitely a bad experience!
