Carbon clarity label.
Carbon is the new calorie; we all need to know what we are consuming. By clearly showing the products’ carbon impact, Logitech holds itself accountable for its impact and helps you make better, more informed decisions.
On a path to climate-positive.
Logitech’s operations and product portfolio are certified carbon-neutral. Logitech reduces its carbon footprint year over year, and offsets its residual impact by supporting forestry, renewables and climate-impacted communities. This is setting Logitech on a path to become climate-positive and remove more carbon than it creates.
Giving plastic a second life.
Logitech wants to make its products more circular. Virgin materials should be avoided, in favor of recycled materials. Logitech uses post-consumer recycled plastic to give a second life to otherwise end-of-life plastic and help reduce its carbon footprint.
Responsible packaging.
Logitech continues to refine the design of product packaging by reducing weight, eliminating single-use plastic, and using paper packaging that comes from forests and other controlled sources that are responsibly managed.
Low-carbon aluminum.
Producing typical aluminum is energy-intensive. Many Logitech products now use aluminum made with renewable energy rather than fossil fuels.
What’s behind the carbon label.
Logitech believes carbon is the new calorie and everyone has the right to know what they are consuming. Logitech will hold itself accountable for its impact by placing a carbon footprint label on the box."See disclosure" Logitech’s label shows the estimated carbon footprint of the product and packaging, across the full life-cycle of the product (assuming a two-year use period), and is validated by independent third-party expertise.
Not all Logitech products carry a carbon label at this time. Logitech has pledged to label all product lines by 2025.
