Q: will this work with Chrome OS?
A: yes, as long as your computer has a USB port for the receiver of the mouse, it will operate on an OS
A: I'm using a ruler and the bottom measures 2 14/16" front to back and 1 7/8" side to side at the widest part. Using a measuring tape the top is 3 5/8" front to back and 3 1/2" left to right (or right to left lol) at the highest point and that includes beginning the measurement from the black base of the mouse.
