Too expensive but is what it is
Out of the 4 new 50 series cards this is probably the one to get. It's a great card, definitely worth the upgrade if you are more than a few generations behind, but too expensive. Although considering the $749 msrp cards might as well not exist, $900 isn't all that bad and the card performs great. Relatively quiet fans too. Just wish it wasn't priced so similar to the 5080, also 5080 should not have 16gb of vram for $1000+ but whatever.

TL;DR: This card is OK, but terribly overpriced
I believe this card is just a reskinned Windforce with added RGB, so if the Windforce is in stock, go with that instead of the Eagle. At $900, this card is only justifiable if you're truly desperate. At this price, you might as well spend slightly more for a better model or wait for prices to drop (lol). The card is built OK; I wouldn't say it looks or feels like a premium card, but I don't think it's cheap either. It also includes a bracket to prevent sagging, but I didn't feel it was necessary. The only issue I had handling the card was inserting and detaching the new 12VHPWR power cable. Temps aren't exceptional at stock (comfortably in the 70s at a medium noise level), but you should be undervolting these cards anyway (lower temps, power draw, and noise). After undervolting, the temps barely reach 70, staying more towards the low 60's and sometimes even below, depending on the load, while power usage dropped by ~50 watts. Performance-wise, it's a 5070 Ti, so look up benchmarks on Techpowerup or GamersNexus; they should all perform around the same. I upgraded from a 3060 Ti, so the performance increase at 1440p was incredible. Also, I want to mention how awful it is to turn off the RGB. As of writing this, openRGB and SignalRGB didn't recognize this card, and the only way I found to turn it off was to install Gigabyte's awful "Gaming Control Center" software. Thankfully, after turning it off in GCC, it stays off, and you can uninstall it afterward. I did return this card because the coil whine was unbearable for me; however, I am sensitive to this kind of noise, so your tolerance for it might be better or worse. Overall, it's decent for what it is, but it's way overpriced for a Windforce clone with RGB. Either get a cheaper card (if possible) or spend slightly more for a better-quality card.

Nvida
With all the complaints going on should not scare you from getting a 5070TI Give Nvida a chance to make things right they'll come through. Currently can play at 4K at great frames and benchmarks are on youtube as proof. My only complaint is the PRICE
