Good price for 32" 4K monitor. Stylish look with white plastic. Strong flexible desk mount. Lots of real estate for an external monitor for business-type use.

Defective Item and Bad Online Customer Service
I made an online order and after waiting for two weeks, I received an defective item. There is a black spot on the screen.
I called bestbuy online and I spoke with Nameera from online support team and she told me that because I ordered online and picked up in the store, there was nothing she can do and I would need to speak with someone at the store.
I asked if I can file a complaint or claim about it. She said there was NO place in BestBuy that clients can file a complaint or a claim with.
