A: I dont personally have PreSonus daw, but I run Logic Pro. I've used Macs, Mac Air, and about a month ago Ive upgraded from MacBook Air M1 chip with 8gb ram, to this Mac Mini M2 with 16 GB, and its very powerful for my needs. Unless you work with orchestral tracks, where you need 70 or more tracks running simultaneously, this should handle anything you throw at it. I mainly record and mix pop, rock metal, jazz, dance and Ive has no issues qith it at all. Its quick, its powerful for these application, so I do recommend it. Bow, as to the storage, you can always just buy an external ssd and youll be set. It's cheaper this way too, then getting mac with more ssd. I have 2 ssd 1TB sized that I use, 1 for extra plug ins and libraries, and 1 strictly for back ups.
