Great stovetop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First induction stovetop. Took a few uses to get use to the features and controls. Have used it for a few month now and really like it. Doesn’t seem to boil over the water when cooking or even burn butter from pan getting too hot ( even on high setting) super easy to clean, nothing burn or sticks to surface. The split burner/grill side works better than I expected. Have not gotten the win to work, but only gave it a brief try since I don’t think we will ever use it. Other than being a little pricey, nothing that I could complain about or want changed. Both my wife and I like cooking on it and wouldn’t go back to the old way.
I would recommend this to a friend - Pros mentioned:High end

Bosch Electric Induction Cooktop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A gorgeous high end cooktop that my wife chose for our new kitchen island. The wife is happy to have chosen the Bosch because of their high end appliances just have a look of quality and luxury. The Bosch was literally the only cooktop she wanted and we really had to look hard to find on. Thankfully a Best Buy representative helped us out with the order and it should be here by December 18th. Just in time

Bosch 30 induction
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are really happy with the look and features. No problems and I have used cast iron skillet and it works well. Spent long time on this decision and it was worth the time and trouble. The trouble being I live in Texas and it was not available here so the local store helped me get it ordered from CA.

Just hope it doesn't break - no service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The plate itself was OK, worked as promised. But once it doesn't and you need service...? You are on your own. There is none. The glas plate broke, not Bosch's fault. Glass brakes. But when I called the service center they had our old address in the system, which I corrected. Service tech shows up at the old address and says he cannot come over the 10 minute drive. Long hold on phone and escalation until someone promises an appointment two days later to which nobody showed up. Set up new appointment, wrong address again, corrected it and read back requested. Got call a day before (today) that the tech doesn't have the part anymore because it was"too big for his truck and he had to store it in his house and then had to send it back". Not my fault that I only got a new appointment 4 weeks after the failed first and second attempts. So now tech comes just to check the model and serial number and then we have to wait and see. Already being out of a stove for a family of four for 2 months. Impossible to reach a service staff by phone, you can a=only make appointments. Emails only return platitudes ("Thank you for taking the time to contact us. The scheduled repair is with work order#2770077977, 12/02. If there is any cancelations for a sooner appointment, you will be contacted. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to respond to your inquiry."). Three lines after they screwed us two times and now the third time. So, basically the cooktop works and is nice but if it breaks you are on your own, do not expect any service whatsoever. I do not recommend this item (or for that matter now anything from this company).
