Daughter found Laptop to Thrill 80+ Mother
I purchased this Dell 5490 14” refurbished laptop with Intel 7th Gen Core i5 16GB Memory 512 GB SSD for my 81 year old mother because she had been trying to use one of my daughter’s old Mac iOS laptops, and they just did not get along at all. She needed a laptop with an operating system she was familiar with and definitely a backlit keyboard. Dell’s reputation for excellence definitely “checked all the boxes” on my quest to purchase a laptop my mother would be happy with, she was not just pleased, she was absolutely thrilled with this Dell! I only wish I would have shopped for and purchased it sooner. Also, the way it was packaged for shipment was very impressive! Best Buy definitely does everything 1st class!

Great computer for the price
Great computer for a great price. I bought this computer for my seventh grader. It has more options than was required by his school. This computer came in excellent condition and is super fast. It has more bells and whistles than a seventh grade needs but I hope this will last many years for my son. Great computer for the price.
