Card is absolutely silent, even while gaming(GTA V, Crysis 3...) Card also stays very cool with the Maxwell chipset. Plays all games at maxed settings at 1080p. This card is more suitable for for gaming at 1440p. You can still get good fps, about 30, at 2160p(4k). I usually like MSI cards but I am really impressed by the build quality of EVGA. I would purchase from them again and I would recommend.

I really wanted a GTX 980, however. I didn't want to spend 600 + bucks on a video card. This card, the 970 GTX SSC ACX 2.0 was awesome bang for the buck. It comes within 10 to 15 % of the GTX 980 for almost half the price. I like that I can crank up Dragon Age Inquisition to all the highest settings and it still runs buttery smooth. That my friends is one kick butt card !

This card rock at 1080 I can play all my games at high to ultra settings. Its super quiet, for the most part the fans don't even spin until I'm in a game or rendering something, Even with the fans at 75% its not very loud. It is totally worth the price. There are a bunch of extras also it comes with like game steam and MFAA and Direct X 12 support and the thing that i use the most the built in capture hardware is awesome and ease to use. I would also suggest getting the GeForce experience its really ease to use software. I know that this card has gotten bashed hard on the internet because its a 4GB card a but it can only use 3.5GB but it dosen't really make a big diffrance unless your using a 1440p display. If the price tag of this card is a little steep then go with a 950 or 960, but I love mine and have not had an issue with it. I'm going to be getting another card here soon.
