GermGuardian - AC5350W 167 Sq. Ft Air Purifier - White

I have this in a 4-bedroom house master bedroom. When it's not occupied, I leave it running on high (with UV-C on in case there's plague going around). I'm not positive it works that way (correct me if I'm wrong), but I have slightly higher peace of mind with it on... At night, I turn it to low (and UV-C OFF because those blue lights are -bright-) while we're sleeping. For what it's worth, I also leave the manual covering the top of the display while we're sleeping because it'll light up your ceiling nicely after your eyes have adjusted. So far, it seems to be keeping the dust down. Something I've noted (and this is important to me and my weird, sensitive nose) is that it is excellent at keeping odors out of the room (I do try and leave the door closed during the day while it's on high to help it turn over just the room's air). I haven't had to replace the one-piece filter yet so I don't know if that's a process. I plan to try cleaning it myself when the display indicator comes on, first. The war against dust is long and arduous. And tedious. This has helped and makes sure cooking, etc. smells don't set on our clothes and such.

I suffer from Asthma and also have a couple cats so during winter months when the windows are closed and fresh air doesn't come in, I decided to purchase this item recently. It has helped so much with air quality in my home. Its easy to use, 5 fan speeds that are not loud at all, an off timer if you want to use it, and the UV light kills germs that cant be seen. Things are smelling fresh, and breathing easier now. If you are looking for a House hepa filter, spend the money on this one, it works great and takes out odors as well.

Got this recently, ordered two on daily deals. I got one for my mom and I. We have had it on almost all day everyday since. At my moms place I set it up close to a portable ac unit blasting right behind it in her living room. 5 feet behind and 2 feet taller than the air filter to be exact. Mom likes to keep windows closed so when she cooks usually the house smells like food. I love food and the smell don’t get me wrong but, I don’t like the way the smell of food gets on our clothes. With the filter that is no longer the case. It’s too quite when on....even though I see it on with the uv light glow I still walk up to it and feel the air flow. It’s on point. On high the fan is barely noticeable. On low not at all. Went with the white option and glad I did because it matches the ac unit. We both notice cleaner air and don’t wake up with stuffy nose or any type of allergies since. Love the Hepa filter and the design of the unit as well. I like the fact, I didn’t have to add an app or Bluetooth. No need to connect with app just touch/press and go. simple just like me. Simple and sleek in appearance, easy to use. Quiet on lower settings. After searching for over a year and the combination of appearance/price/performance value I found.

What a difference this product has made in our lives! My husband snores excessively and we thought an air cleaner might help. After doing a lot of research (HEPA and CADR ratings) and not knowing whether such a unit would help, we settled on the GermGuardian 4 in 1. We didn't want to spend $800 but wanted something more than a $25 unit that would give us a chance of figuring out if this would help. It has five speed settings and a washable filter. So we will not be spending high prices for replacement filters on a regular basis. We run it 24/7 on varying speeds and I'm happy to say my husband's snoring has dropped tremendously. Great product for the value. Highly recommend!

I love it! It removes flying dust particles from a nice sized room. Even on it's highest setting (5) it's not loud.

I bought the Germ Guardian after I was tired of waking up every morning congested and feeling like I didnt sleep at all. I even had all my carpets shampooed and change my ACs filter before I bought the Germ Guardian. It didnt work, so I decided to take the plunge on a HEPA Air Purifier. It was a quick setup and plug in to get started. I turned it on and left my apartment for a few hours to see if i noticed a difference when i returned. Boy did I ever. Maybe it was my imagination but the air felt lighter to me. I kept it in the livingroom area that night and fell asleep on my couch. Best night sleep Ive had in a very long time. Right now it filters for living room and kitchen area which is a large space. The bedroom will be getting a separate air purifier soon. For now I put it in the bedroom about an hour or two before bed and it seems to get everything cleared out well. I leave it on a low setting as I sleep. The fan is a little loud at the highest setting but it doesnt bother me in normal day activities around the house. At about a 3 you loose most of the sound which is perfect to sleep to. Overall this is a great product and does what it says it will do.

The Germguardian Air Cleaning System has a combination HEPA filter that captures allergens and charcoal filter to remove odors. The UV light technology helps to kill germs. The first time I used it I slept better and did not wake up feeling stuffy. I also have a cat litter box in the house and it really helped with dust and odor. The house just feels and smells cleaner when I use this product. I would highly recommend this product. It really works.
