The Google Pixel 7 Pro is, in my opinion, the best Android phone you can get today. I upgraded from a Pixel 6 Pro because Best Buy had a great trade-in and preorder offer which effectively cut the cost of the phone to less than $200 so it was well worth it for the refinements that were made on this phone. It's fast, has a great camera, and has pretty good battery life. It's kind of big if you're upgrading from small phone, but having made a jump from a small to a large phone myself last year, I quickly got used to it and, while I enjoy the form factor of smaller phones, I don't think I would be able to go back.

The Pixel 7 Pro has been so good to me. I brought in my Pixel 4a, a budget choice I had made last year when I didn't want to get roped into an upgrade contract, and traded it in for this guy. I had seen reviews back and forth on the the 7 and 7 pro, and while I was originally going to get the 7, the 7 Pro's better battery life and display options ended up causing me to shift my choices. In the end, Best Buy's trade-in deal took $300 off the price, giving the pro the same price as if I had just paid for the normal Pixel 7. You might think that I should have gotten the 7 and saved $300, but in the end I prefer the larger screen, additional camera and the larger battery. I can choose to shift between 1080p or 1440p depending on what apps I'm using or the day of the week. 1080 during the week, 1440 on the weekend while I'm gaming and chilling. The camera is also fantastic, and has a telephoto lens that lets me zoom in super close, way better than my old pixel 4a could. Getting pictures of animals or friend's house-pets is also much easier to do when I'm across the room, not setting them off TOO much from the presence of their unwanted guests. As someone whose always been big on having options, I feel this was a fantastic choice for me.

This must be the best Pixel ever in the last 5 years. The build quality is much improved over last year. The new design is beautiful with the new metallic camera island. Screen is bright and gorgeous. Battery life is good through a day. Camera is just as what you expect from a Pixel. Sharp photos with best-in-class dynamic range. The new zoom camera is also really good with decent sharpness. The only con that is see is its processor, This might not be the best performing phone on the market. If you are a big fan of mobile gaming, you should look elsewhere. If you only play simple games such as Pokemon Go, then you are good to go. I would still recommend this phone to anyone in the US.
