Awesome Sound Quality and Overall Performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use these for gaming on my PC & PS4 and connecting my cell phone for taking calls when gaming too. The sound quality is amazing and better than my G930 headset, which had issues on loosing signal to the wireless usb connector from time to time. The 933 has a strong wireless signal, so strong that I went to the mailbox and back while talking and listening without loosing connection. The sound quality is better than my previous G930 and the confort level on wearing these for 10 hours a day continuously is VERY Comfortable! I were glasses and love the over the ear design that lets me concentrate on gaming and not my ears hurting like "on the ear" headsets do to me. When switching to PS4 or to the PC I just unplug and plug in the wireless transmitter, NO dongle required for either making it my 1 and only headset for gaming! I can then enjoy 7.1 sourround sound from both PC and PS4. On a side note, I love that the battery can be easily replaced by removing the magnetic ear cup on the side and on the other ear cup you can store the USB transmitter for storage, very clever of Logitech to do this.

Needs a Lot of Work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I knew there was a lot of issues going into this purchase, however I bought a pair to replace the G633. As much as I enjoyed the G633s, the cable no longer fit snugly into the base of the headset and would disconnect in-game causing game audio and VOIP issues while playing. There are a few issues with the G933 in regards to updating the firmware. That in itself is a trick. If you choose not to update the firmware, the headset will refuse to work once it goes into 'sleep' mode. Now I currently have an issue with the headset not showing up in the Logitech Gaming Software peripheral listing. My keyboard, mouse, and even the webcam show up despite the headset being AWOL. I imagine there is another trick to fixing this issue as well. This headset 'had' a lot of potential but came up short. I would go back to the G633s if the cable wasn't worn loose. Battery life is decent, RGB is a plus, and being able to get up and move around is very accommodating though. Fits comfortably and adjusts to all head sizes quite well.

Best headphones for less than -$150
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I come from the turtle beach elite 800 , turtle beach stealth 700 and the astros a20. The sound and comfort are by far the best on these headphones than anything else out there, I ended up purchasing the Astros A50’s because it just has more features that I need it (charging dock, Dolby,) but I wished Logitech had them. Logitech if you are reading this, please make some headphones with all the settings available like , Bluetooth, touch buttons, charging dock, keep the lights, Optical for PS4, and even optional leather cups... if you had that , you’ll take all the money. The lights look really cool, and you have the ability to change them and customized them. The bass is deep enough for long hours of shooting games or racing games. I used these for Fortnite and Rocket league. On fortnite I was able to hear footsteps very clearly along with the Exact direction, my gameplay definitely improved thanks to these. I gave them to my son and he is the happiest kid alive right now. For someone looking for headphones for less than $150 or even for your kids, these are the ones for you, I was able to get them for $99 on sale, and they are perfect for everyday gaming sessions, battery last a long time as well. The mic quality is really good, no complains from friends and you get a nice audio feedback from you voice so you are not shouting. You also have the ability to mute the mic with a button or flip it up for convenience. I was comparing these with the Steelseries 5 and 7 but these sound better and they are wireless with lights. Get them on sale, or price match them, they are worth it.

Great product. Everything I wanted.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a new headset now that the PC is in the bedroom and having my Bose speakers on is now not an option. Wanted a comfortable headset I could use for 2-3 hours at a time while I mess around on the computer or game. After looking at several products available at my local Best Buy I decided on these. My first thought when I opened the box are these things look great. It's a nice futuristic look and the weight seems just right. The padding on the ears fits my giant ears perfectly and have had zero issues after many hours of use. While the cushion on the top is pretty hefty I wish it was either a different material or thicker. My only real complaint is that after an hour or so the top of my head gets a little sore. Maybe it's just me. So overall the fit is 4 of 5. The sound is where this thing excels. The first thing I did with these was run a game of Fortnite to see how they would handle. The sound of footsteps drove me nuts. I was hearing things everywhere. I was completely unaware that the sound in this game could be this good. Volume is good with a nice volume rocker on the left side of the headset for easy of use. Easily 5 of 5 for sound. Range of the wireless headset. So, I live in a two story apartment. I needed a break in my gaming (Fortnite with a friend) and walked downstairs to get a soda. I left the room, walked down the stairs, through the living room, through the dining area and into the kitchen. I was able to receive audio and speak to my friend the entire time. Great range. 5 of 5. Miscellaneous things. The braided power cord is a strong and lengthy cable. Wearing the headset with the cable attached is uncumbersome and hardly noticeable. Also, a nifty (at least I think so) is that when you have the mic extended and you mute it, a red light appears at the end of the mic so you can tell that you're no longer sending audio. I enjoy the headset and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wireless/wired great sounding headphones.

Comfortable and stylish with small nit picks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off I love this headset. I have the G910 keyboard and the syncing between the light settings and macro configuration in the Logitech software is great. The white trim, not too outspoken form factor and lighting styles are elegant and not too loud like other gaming gear tends to be. The sound quality both incoming and outgoing from the Mic and the customization and eq settings get pretty in-depth. I love the fact that both physx and Dolby digital 7.1 modes are included; however, I find the physx surround sound setting has a bit too much echo; especially, when I listen to music. But that is personal preference. The Dolby 7.1 is perfect for me. The ear cuffs are comfortable and the weight feels just right. The only "problems" I've had are when I plug in the headset with a charging cable the lighting takes on a bright blue pulsing glow. This is only an issue if I want to charge it overnight as my computer is in my bed room and the light illuminates my bed room. I just cover it with a shirt as I haven't figured out if the charging light setting can be adjusted. Everything else can be though. The only other issue I have run into is that when I use the headset with Discord and I put up the Mic to mute myself most times if I leave myself muted too long then discord fails to pick up my voice again. I either have to disconnect from the call and reconnect or mute unmute in the Logitech software suite for my voice to be heard again. Have no idea why that happens and I just mute myself using discord itself to avoid that but it is still pretty annoying. Only happens with Discord too which is weird. Other then those two gripes the headset has been great and even performs wonderfully on the PS4. Your sound and light settings can even be saved on the pc app and they will be utilized while on console. They do work in wireless mode on PS4 and the audio mixing from multiple sources is superb. Great headset from Logitech. Starting to become a fan.

Superb headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have come to expect the best from Logitech, and this headset does not disappoint at all. Lightweight, comfortable, excellent mic, beautiful sound. Charges very fast. Plus, a removable battery, should you ever need to change it. LightSync is great, but turning it off will net you about 11-13 hours of battery life. Included micro USB cable is very long, it wraps all the way around my desk, and still has PLENTY of room for movement or routing to keep it out of the way.

Great sound, decent battery, heats up your ears a
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product has solid build, is reasonably sturdy. I got these headphones because I wanted good mics, and this one works well. The mic has a range of 8-10 feet, while I can hear good sound anywhere in the house. The battery is good too, works with no complaints in a 6-8 hour session, which is more than what a regular session is for me. I can also use them while charging (via USB), so that helps too. The only complaint I'd have would be regarding the headphones slightly heating up my ears if I use them for more than 2 hours at a time, but that's a subjective issue and you may or may not face it.

Great once you're used to it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually got this to replace the G930s. Initially, I had some problems updating the software and the firmware, so that was a problem, but with a little help from the Logitech community, I was able to get the process completed and actually enjoy the headset. Still sometimes acts funny with the software, and sometimes you have to close the software because the mute function gets stuck, but it's less often and barely ever happens. The sound is AWESOME, especially when you use surround sound. Coming from the G930s, the buttons took a little to get used to, but overall, this is a GREAT headset.

Q: QuestionHow do these compare to the previous logitech g930 wireless edition? Is it worth the extra money you put out for it?
Asked by vamp.
- A:Answer These are well worth the price increase. The G930s have quite a few flaws to them, which the G933s fix just about all of them. Comfort --For the G930s, they use a kind of faux leather for the headband and ear cups. Which after awhile (I will start to notice around an hour but differs person to person) the ear cups will start to get hot. --For the G933s, they use a kind of sport mesh which I feel is far more comfortable. Now, some people have stated that after a few hours they will notice that the ear cups do get a little warm but not much. However, I have not noticed any type of warmness while wearing these and I have worn them for several hours of gaming/ watching movies and TV. Battery --For the G930s, I usually averaged around 7-9 hours of constant use on a single charge. --For the G933s, with lights I averaged around 7-8 hours of constant use, and without the lights I averaged around 10-12 hours of constant use on a single charge However the G933s have a replaceable battery, so you can buy a second battery and switch them out within a min or two. Sound They both use Dolby 7.1 surround sound, and normal stereo sound when used with your console or TV. However, in my personal opinion I think the G933s have by far better sound quality than the G930s. The G933s have more updated speakers than the G930s, so that plays quite a bit of a role in that. Wireless Connectivity They both use a 2.4 GHZ wireless adapter. However, The G930s have be known to drop the wireless connection at random times. It doesn't happen often but I have had the signal just stop quite a few times, and when that does happen it usually takes several mins for me to get it connected again. The G933s have not dropped the wireless signal once while I have been using them. Mic Both are noise-cancelling. The G933s have a more updated mic than the G930s, so I have been told that I sound more *normal* when using the G933s. Customization They both have sound customization, and the 3 customizable keys through the PC app. The G933s also have the ability for you to customize the LED lights to just about any color you want, and the two side panels on the G933s come right off in seconds (one side houses the USB adapter for when not in use, and the other houses the battery for easy change). So there is the possibility in the future to have different color panels to allow more customization to your headset. So in my opinion I think the G933s are by far better than the G930s. So far, I have not come across any of the problems that I had with the G930 with my G933. For this reason I think the G933s are well worth the extra money.

Q: QuestionWhere is the mic?
Asked by Moon.
- A:Answer Left ear. It folds up/down along with being able to extend out a couple of inches. Folding it up also mutes the mic.

Q: QuestionDoes this have Bluetooth that can connect to a mobile, tablet etc.?
Asked by Interstellar.
- A:Answer No. The only wireless connection is provided by the USB dongle. You can still use the 3.5mm jack included on the USB dongle or the headset itself. One clever way you can use the USB dongle is to plug it into any source of power (I have tried this with a USB AC adapter and portable battery charger), connect your audio source to the USB dongle's 3.5mm port, and your headset will still connect to it and hear audio this way.

Q: QuestionI understand when used with a PC, 7.1 surround works great, however, when used with a console like the Xbox One or PS4, I've read many reviews that surround sound does NOT work... Can anyone confirm or deny this based on experience with either consoles?
Asked by chibisuke.
- A:Answer I actually just posted a headset review about this, myself. I was told by Logitech themselves that you CAN NOT get true surround sound on ANY console headset. Which is very misleading when they advertise something that says "7.1 surround sound wireless headset for PC, PS4, and Xbox One" when it' only actually gives surround sound for PC and IS NOT wireless for Xbox One. It was the G933 Artemis Spectrum, by the way.

Q: QuestionQuick question, it says that this headset works for Xbox 360 and Xbox one is this true? Kudos, Sean
Asked by Sean.
- A:Answer This headset will work with the Xbox One and 360 via the 3.5 mm audio port on the controller. Keep in mind this will only give you 2-ch audio, not 7.1 surround. If you intend to only use this headset with an XBOX, you may want to save a bit of coin and gain more functionality by considering a fully wireless alternative like the Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 420x (link below). http://www.bestbuy.com/site/turtle-beach-ear-force-stealth-420x-over-the-ear-wireless-gaming-headset-black-green/9536007.p?id=1219704411469&skuId=9536007
