Nice headset
I use this for work since I drive a lot and require handsfree. It also is great during work when I'm troubleshooting with other techs about a problem I'm trying to resolve. I love that I can connect my work and personal phone to it. The bluetooth does have issues sometimes when I'm around a lot of machinery or metal structures. Otherwise the sound an quality work well.

Poor product in so many important ways.
Outdated charging connection;
Poor battery performance [7 hour charge max, and diminishes way too quickly, when used or on standby;
Battery lasted me just a little over one year before it quit.
Unstable connections [loss of bluetooth connection to phone]
Plan on having to buy a new one every year.
Other than those things, heckuvadeal!

Do not recommend Poly
Purchased as a gift for my ex husband. The quality is lacking with the changeover to Poly. The former Plantronics same model lasted years, this new one less than a year was worthless. Sound quality and connectivity were great until it wasn’t working anymore
