The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are a true marvel of audio technology. From the moment I unboxed them, I was impressed. The design is sleek and comfortable, fitting perfectly into my ears with no discomfort even during long listening sessions. Sound quality is exceptional—crisp highs, deep bass, and a well-balanced midrange. Whether I'm listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, the audio is consistently clear and immersive. The active noise cancellation (ANC) is a game-changer. It effectively blocks out background noise, allowing me to focus completely on what I'm listening to or just enjoy some quiet time. The transparency mode is equally impressive, seamlessly blending my surroundings with my audio experience. Battery life is outstanding. I can use them for hours on end without worrying about recharging. The case itself holds plenty of additional charges, ensuring that I'm never without my favorite earbuds. Sound Good, Feel Good, BUT.....
I purchased these by recommendation from a colleague of mine. They are the same brand as my cell phone which would've possibly make them more compatible. The sound quality is very good with both music & calls. I don't notice much latency, if any. I can't say I'm impressed with the ANC, although, that's not why I bought them. Sadly, I've suffered much grief with connectivity. I believe it's supposed to be simple, but, every time I swap devices, it takes 3, 4, 5 or more attempts to pair, usually having to resort to putting them back in the case & closing the lid. I haven't had any problems with them dropping out once they're paired. They have a very good battery life. They fit very well, although they get disconnected or turned off by the time I get them jammed into my ear. But, once they're in, I hardly know they're even there. The touch control - I haven't gotten used to, I guess. Several times they have hung up un my calls when I've attempted to make any position adjustments. The quality is very good, as one would expect with Samsung products now-a-days. Anymore, I rate them right up there with a lot of the other high-end products. These are definitely the best earbuds I've ever owned, and I would recommend them to anyone as others may not experience the difficulties that I have.

Best Earbuds You'll Ever Need Again!
Fantastic upgrade from the previous Galaxy Buds Pro! Not only do they remain cleaner, not only do they stay comfortable in your ears, they also sound amazing! I admit I don't use all the features these buds provide, I will say that they do have an excellent battery life. I mainly use them at work, listening to music to listening to YouTube videos while making the paper doughnuts! They are great to use, more discrete than the previous pros (they don't stick out as much so others don't really notice them in your ears), and they don't apply any discomfort after a long period of use. The previous model applied a bit too much pressure on the ear canal from where the contact charging plates are located. Highly recommend these, even if you are not a Samsung user (though, I recommend a Samsung Galaxy device whether a phone or tablet if you want to utilize the full features of this amazing product!) A praise, also, to Best Buy for shipping this product a day after it was ordered. Wasn't available in store, but their team made sure you'd get your product on time right when you need them! Thank you Best Buy CS and Samsung!
