extending life of my HP
I use my printer a lot! The HP Office Jet 8500 has been dependable in cranking out reports, and receiving faxes everyday fr my home office. This is the second time I have replaced the print heads. The first time was two years ago, so I'm expecting another two years of service from my HP printer, and that makes me happy. I don't like change when I get something that works well, and I am use to it. These printer heads extend the useful life of the device, and the installation is quite easy.

Problem solved!
My printer stopped printing yellow, thus, no green. Thought the print jet was clogged. Tried and tried to fix it to no avail. Bought this hoping it would work and it did. Very happy with purchase. Price was cheaper than anywhere else online!

Right tool for job
Rather than dispose of a perfectly good printer, I relied on Best Buy to have my replacement parts in stock to bring an ailing printer back to life.
